Periodical Maintenance of 5 years completed PMGSY work such as providing SDBC for Package No. 01/Titilagarh in the district of Bolangir for the year 2025-26

Cleaning and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetaion, grass, bushes, shrubs and trees girth upto 300 mm, removal of stupms and disposal of unserceable materials upto a lead of 1000m etc, complete.

Cleaning the existing granular base/B.T. surface including removal of binding materials and other foreign materials with wire brushes etc. complete

Construction of embankment with materials obtained from borrowpits with all lead spreading , grading to required slope and compacting to meet the required table 300-2

Providing and laying surface dressing as wearing course consisting of a layer of bituminous binder laid on the prepared surface followed by a cover of crushed stone aggregates of specific size and rolling with three wheeler 80-100 kn static roller including cleanig the road surface as per technical specification.

Providing and applying Tack Coat with Bitumen Emulsion RS using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing and laying semi-dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing and average 75 tone per Hour using crushed aggregate specified grading, premix bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 per cent of mix and Filler, transporting the hot mix to works site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheel, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desire compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 508 data book page-135.

Providing and fixing of Informatory sign board . Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint (Direction Indicator Board)

Providing Ordinary km Stone as per approved drawing & specification including cost of all materials, T&P, labour, painting, figuring & fixing etc., complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and Installing of measurement stones including painting. Lettering in accordance with the specifications and as approved by the Engineer

Road marking with hot applied thermoplastic compound with reflector singing glass beads on bitumen surface @ 250gm/Sqm with all material ,labour T&P etc. complete.
