Outsourcing of services for operation & maintenance of Central type Air Conditioning Plant for cool room (cold room) at AMSD of capacity 1x7.5 TR and 1x 5.0 TR ( Each plant having one standby) by employing 01 (One) Mate (Un-skilled) per shift of 08 hours for one shift to operate the plant & normal maintenance including greasing where required, cleaning etc. for smooth functioning of AC Plants as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The contractor shall employ 01 (One) Mate in one shift i.e.Total 01 (One) Mate per day to carryout their duties as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Outsourcing of services for operation & maintenance of Central type Air Conditioning Plant for OT and ICU of capacity 3 x 47.5 TR (03 Nos plants out of which 02 Nos functioning at a time while the 3rd is stand by) by employing 01 (One) Mate (Un-skilled) per shift for one shift (800 Hrs to 1600 Hrs) to operate and maintain the plant for normal maintenance including greasing where required, cleaning etc for smooth functioning of AC Plants. Note: The contractor shall employ 01 (One) Mate per day to carrying out their duties as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Outsourcing of services for operation & maintenance of central type Air Conditioning Plant for underground Ops room of capacity 3 x 50 TR (03 Nos plants out of which 02 Nos functioning at a time while the 3rd is stand by) by employing 01 (One) for one shift of 08 (Eight) hours (Day Shift from 0800 to 1600 Hrs) and 01 (One) Mate Refg Mech per shift for two shifts (1600 Hrs to 0000 Hrs & 0000 Hrs to 0800 Hrs) to assist Refg Mech), to operate the plant & normal maintenance including greasing where required , cleaning etc. for smooth functioning of AC Plants as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The contractor shall employ 01 (One) Refg Mech (Skilled) for one shift and 01 (One) Mate for each shift per day i.e. 02 (Two) Mate (Un-Skilled) and 01 (One) Refg Mech per day to carrying out their duties as directed by Engr-in-Charge. .

Outsourcing of services for operation & maintenance of Central type Air Conditioning Plant installed at FOD in one shift of 08 hours per day with 01 (One) Mate (Un-skilled) to operate and normal maintenance including greasing where required, cleaning etc as decided by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The contractor Shall employ 01 (One) Mate in one shift of 08 hours per day.

Outsourcing of services for operation & maintenance of Central type Air Conditioning Plant installed at Signal Centre of capacity 3 x 30 TR (03 Nos plants out of which 02 Nos functioning at a time while the 3rd is stand by)) by employing 01 (One) Mate (Un-skilled) per shift of 08 hours for one shift to operate the plant & normal maintenance including greasing where required, cleaning etc. for smooth functioning of AC Plants as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The contractor shall employ 01 (One) Mate in one shift i.e.Total 01 (One) Mate per day to carryout their duties as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Outsourcing of services for operation & maintenance of complaint cell of Refg & AC section for one shift of 08 hours per day by employing 02 (Two) Refg Mech (Skilled) and 02 (Two) Mate (Un-skilled) to assist trades men for attending all type of complaints of ACs. Refrigrators, Water coolers, Dispensers, Desert Coolers, Stabilizers etc at Refg & AC Section and including providing T&P required for attending complaints within shift period and rendering completion report to the duty charge Machine/JE E/M of the complaint cell. The stores required for attending the complaints shall be issued by the department from MES store yard all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- a) The contractor shall employ total 02 (Two) Refg Mech and 02 (Two) Mate for one shift per day to assist tradesman for carrying out their duties as directed by Engr-in-Charge. b) Conveyance for attending complaints shall be provided by the Deptt from complaint cell to complaint point.

Note for item 1 to 6: (i) The contractor will ensure suitable repalcement of Electrician/FGM/Mate on rest days and Wages for the same deemed to be included in the unit rates quoted against items of M&O. (ii) The contractor shall produce details of the persons deplyed by him like Name, Aadhar No, Aadhar linked Bank A/c No, Experience certificate EPF No and ESIC No within a week of Acceptance of tender. The work will be commenced only after submission of requisite documents . (iii) The contractor shall ensure that his persons always be present in their shift. (vi) The contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the complete area (i.e. inside boundary wall ) such as building, hard standing, foothpath etc in neat and clean position . All necessary T&P for cutting /cleaning of grass and vegitation will be arranged by contractor without any extra cost. (iv) The contractor shall provide uniform, raincoat, protective clothing such as hand gloves, helmet, safety belt, first aid box and shoes etc to all persons on duty and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in quoted rate of items of M&O here in before. The uniform shall have the name of the contractor and MES written on the shirt Pocket (Left and right side).

Note for item 1 to 6: (v) The persons deployed by the contractor should have experience of nature of work under this CA. (vi) The contractor shall provide log sheet and maintain the the same on daily basis and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in quoted rate of BOQ here in before. (vii) THE CONTRACTOR SHALL MAKE PAYMENT TO HIS STAFF EMPLOYED FOR THIS WORK EVERY MONTH, ACCOUNTED FOR, FROM THE DATE OF COMMENCEMENT OF THE WORK AND SUBMIT TO THE ENGINEER-IN-CHARGE BANK STATEMENT/INDIVIDUAL’S PASS BOOK, EPF AND ESIC DETAILS AS A PROOF OF PAYMENT.
