Demolition of cement concrete (Unreinforced) of any thickness and in any position including existing roof treatment with APP membrane and removing debries outside the MOD land complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Claening the RCC slab surfaces including sides upto 300mm high by wire brushes , raking and cleaning of construction joints if any and Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type B0, (1:2:4) (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor, roof padding for roof surfaces finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type B0, (1:2:4) (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick cement mortar plaster (1:4) on green concrete roof surfaces faces mixed with liquid water proofing componud as per manufacturers instruction, finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L water proofing treatment to flat roofs and edges, applying 3mm thick APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufactured with weight not less than 3.60 Kgs per Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester febric weight not less than 150gms per Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.3Kg/Sqm, after necessary cleaning the surfaces. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 30cm(minimum) and than inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) Laying APP based polymeric membrane shall be done torch on method as per manufactures instructions. (b) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturers instruction.

S&F Applying evenly a coat of blown type bitumen at the rate of 1.50 kg per square metre and blinding with clean dry sand @ 0.05 cu. m. per sq. m over APP membrane complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar plaster (1:4) on top of APP membrane mixed with liquid water proofing componud as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over roof surfaces, and cut and polished, with grey cement and no pigments complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, capacity exc. 250ltrs and not exc. 500ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connections, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Cutting Chases for taking out GI pipe shall be measured and paid seperately under appropiate item

Taking up or down 20mm bore steel tubing and connections, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Cutting Chases for taking out GI pipe shall be measured and paid seperately under appropiate item

M&L 15mm bore Tubes, 'medium grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 20mm bore Tubes, 'medium grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in. brick walls making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, rain water pipe, fixed to wall including distance pieces and stack clamps, including taking out/dismantling existing unserviceable pipes complete all as specified and as directed.
