Supply and fix second class hard wood back frame fixed with nuts and bolts to conduit pipe for chair CBA steel with arms duly caned as per Godrej pattern of size 460mm x 410mm duly black polished including removing old one complete all as specified and shown on drg.

Supply and fix by welding flat iron strip of size 25mm x 3mm thick and 500mm long with two holes for fixing the screw to the seat frame for chair CBA steel with arms complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix second class hard wood arm fixed with steel screws to conduit pipe for chair CBA steel with arms duly black polished including removing old one complete all as specified and shown on drg.

Supply and fixing top of charpoy made of plywood commercial 12mm thick (9 Ply) decorative plywood with ornamental veneers on one side, boiling water proof (BWP), Grade and Type 1 as per IS 303: 1989, IS 1328: 1996 and IS 848: 2006 of size As per drawing in one piece fixed with chromium plated screws.

Supply and fixing new rubber shoes of superior quality to leg of charpoy including removing of old unserviceable shoes from legs complete all as specified.

BED HARD (DRG NO FD/E6/MAP/08)

Supply and fix 12mm thick (9 Ply) commercial plywood with ornamental veneeus on one side, boiling waterproof (BWP) grade and type 1 as per IS and removing of unserviceable top of bed hard complete all as per shown on drawings and as directed by engineer- in charge.

Supply and fix new head rest 18/19mm thick prelaminated MDF board exterior grade confirming to IS of make : Action Tessa/ Greenlam/ Centurylam to bed hard and removing of unserviceable prelaminated particle board from head rest complete all as shown on drawing.

Supply and fix new foot rest 18/19 mm thick prelaminated MDF board exterior grade confirming to IS of make : Action Tessa/ Greenlam/ Centurylam to bed hard and removing of unserviceable prelaminated particle board from foot rest complete all as shown on drawing.

Supply and fix new rubber shoe of superior quality as per sample approved and removing of unserviceable rubber shoe from leg complete all as shown on drawing.

TABLE BED SIDE (DRG NO FD/E6/MAP/02)

Supply and fix of Front/side panels made of prelaminated particle board 18/19 mm thick after taking out of old/broken/ cracked side panels carefully, shape and size all as drg.

Supply and fix of top made of prelaminated particle board 18/19 mm thick after taking out of old/broken/cracked top carefully, shape and size all as drg.

Supply and fix CP brass handle of size 75 mm shall be provided. Complete as specified and shown on drawing.

Supply and fix set of two telescopic channel shall be provided to the Drawers.

CHAIR VARANDAH (DRG NO FD/E6/MAP/06, FD/MAP II/15)

Material and labour for removing PVC seat and back of chair verandah by providing new 4 mm thick seat and back made out of PVC moulded along with 4 x 10mm ribs of Make : Amco provided at all around the outer edge and around the grooves as shown on drawing.

Material and labour removing the unserviceable/broken rubber shoe by providing new one of superior quality as shown on drawing.

CHAIR SCHOOL WITH HAND BOARD (DRG NO FD/E6/MAP/05)

Material and labour removing of unserviceable old 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board openable and S&F new 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination, exterior grade and 4 mm thick PVC edging all around particle board and fixing to school chair with hand board complete al specified and shown on drawing.

Material and labor of unserviceable old seat and back shall be in one piece made of PVC wt not less than 1.2 kg basket below the seat made of 5 mm dia mild steel rod shall be provided as shown in the drawing.

Removing unserviceable plastic cane from chairs of any type (except chair verandah), bin soiled linen and stool dressing cleaning cane holes and recanting with 2mm wide new plastic semi-circular cane, cream color and borders 3.5mm wide new plastic cane of approved quality all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing unserviceable Cane plastic from chair verandah, applying two coats of white synthetic enamel paint to all parts of frame after scratching of old paint and recanning with 4mm wide semi circular approved quality mat pattern caning all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge & fixing new PVC shoes in legs.

Material and labour for removal old unserviceable wooden members of the respective furniture items and supply and fixing of new timber 2nd class HW members of following sizes well seasoned free from knots duly planned as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and shown in drawing.

Supply and fix new front leg of size 55 mm x 25 mm x 545 mm.

Supply and fix new arm of size 65 mm x 25 mm x 610 mm made out of wooden member of size of 70 mm x 40 mm x 610 mm.
