Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft/loose soil and getting out for under ground foundation, cable/Pipe lines / erection of poles, stays etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated materials (soil) not exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, as in foundation, filling, mass concreting etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, as in foundation, filling, mass concreting etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of old unsv MCCB triple pole 125 Amps, 35/36 ka, Ics = 100% of Icu, with thermal magnetic trip and earth link connectors in LT control panel board where directed and making necessary electrical connections, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of old unsv Power contactors 4 pole 40-63 Amps with 2NO+2NC where directed and making necessary electrical connections complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cleaning of overhead reservoir internal portion from base to top including scraping of mud silt from base and walls, washing complete internal surfaces by using bleaching powder, antibacterial sodium hypochlorite solution, removing the silt/mud water out side the tank and de-silting from connecting pipes and applying internally one coat of lime wash to RCC walls, base of tanks of 50000 gallons capacity upto 30 mtrs staging complete & writing details of cleaning in prescribed format with black synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per item Ser No 8 above but for 75000 gallons capacity overhead reservoir, complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item Ser No 8 above but for 5000 gallons capacity overhead reservoir, complete all as specified and directed. Note for items 8 to 10: Cleaning of reservoirs shall be carried out the at a gap in between 4-5 months or as and when required/demanded by the Engr-in-Charge.

M/L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer including preparation of old rusted surfaces of steel exc 10 cm width/grith at any height of tank and water supply vertical pipes of pumping and distribtion lines as per existing colour code and marking of Arrow for flowing of water with black/white paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of old unsv inbuilt star delta starter assembly (As per exising model) complete suitable for 30/35HP sub mersible pumping set including fixing in same posiion and making necessary electrical connection to LT control panel of pump house and testing upto the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of water level indicator panel complete set showing stepwise indication of level of water with sensor suitable for 75000 Gallon over head RCC tank and making electrical connections and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of damaged/unsv water level sensor with controller unit not less than 10 mtr where directed and testing upto the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for rewinding of burnt submersible pumping set of capacity 25/30HP capacity with the existing gauge of copper winding wire with same insulation including replacement of bearings complete all as per standard norms and testing upto the satisfaction of Engr in-charge.

Taking out old unserviceable DI/CI pipe with all fittings from trenches of following sizes all as directed :- (Note : Excavation & earth work will be measured & paid seperately under respective item ).

Supply only DI pipe of 150 mm bore ISI marked, spigot and socketed type, Class K-7 centrifugally cast suitable for rubber tyton joints laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge (Earth work for excess width of taking down, route change of pipe & joints shall be measured and paid separately).

Labour only for disconnecting unsv/defective electric connections and lifting the unserviceable pumping sets 25/30/35HP from the bore well and lowering of submersible pump sets after repairing including M&L for replacement of gaskets, steel nuts, bolts and washers of suitable size complete all as directed by Engineer-in charge including transportation to workshop and back to site complete.

S&F 3 core flat copper conductor, multistranded cable for submersible pump set of 1100 volt grade 10 sqmm size, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of old unsv submersible pumping set of size 150 mm dia 3 phase 30 HP multi stage having head 150-65 mtrs, discharge approximately 15000 GPH complete with all accessories including taking down old/ unservicable one, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in Charge. (Note: Old unserviceable pumping set shall be deposited in store yard in E/M sub Divn.)

Supply & Fixing in replacement of old unsv CI Sluice valve with flanged ends of size 150 mm dia complete with gun metal or stainless steel spindle and cast iron hand wheel including rubber / fiber board gasket,nuts, washer etc including taking down old/ unservicable Sluice valve complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in Charge

Description all as per item Ser No 41 but for 100mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of existing cast iron pipe and reducing the length upto required level for insertion of new tee, branch connection or any other means etc.upto 150mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-charge. (Note: Rate of welding work, ferrule, earth work etc shall be deemed included in the quoted unit rates.)
