Maintenance and other works at 132KV Sub-Station Tundla

Preventive and breakdown maintenance of complete sub-station bay and transformers (1X63+1X40MVA, 132/33KV) and their respective bays, 33KV Feeder bays, 01no. 33/0.4KV Station Transformer and 01no. 10MVAR, 33KV capacitor bank and its bays etc. round the clock with a team works involves regularly checking and tightening of 132KV & 33KV Jumpers, replacement of damaged jumpers, clamps, tripping / closing coils of CB's, Jaws and blades of isolators CT's, PT's, damaged poles of CB's etc. as and when required, cleaning of 01 No. 110volt & 01No. sets with their charger & DCDB, maintaining of fluid level, maintenance of gravity, recording battery parameters as per norms of department, identification and rectification of faults of light in control room, lawn and switchyard to keep them in order, adjustment of mechanism of CB's if required, cleaning of insulator of equipments as and when required including all men and T&P required.

Cleaning of control room building, including battery room, toilets & sub division office rooms with harpic/ phenyl etc. including brooming twice a day, mopping daily with phenyl, dusting of walls panels regularly with man & material. Cleaning the road of switch yard.
