SITC OF VRF SYSTEM Supply Installation, Testing & Commissioning of modular type Variable Refrigerant Flow/Variable Refrigerant Volume air cooled Outdoor units suitable for cooling and heating, having all hermetically sealed inverter type Scroll/Rotary Compressor(s), minimum two compressors for above 14HP modules, micro processor based Controller, top discharge type condensing unit(s), with R410A Refrigerant, vibration isolators, with suitable foundation etc. complete as required. The unit shall deliver the rated capacity at AHRI Conditions and work even at 50°C ambient temperature without tripping. The unit shall be suitable to work on 400V+/-10%, 3Phase, 50Hz AC power supply. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required. The COP at AHRI conditions shall not be less than 3.5 and 6.9 at 100 and 50% load respectively at AHRI conditions. IEER not less than 6.5 Note: 1. Vendor shall ensure that below mentioned Cooling Capacity shall be delivered as per the ambient conditions mentioned in the Ishrae Handbook for Delhi City after considering all de-ration factors. 2. The capacity range for the unit shall vary from 10% to 100%.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following minimum capacity VRV/VRF Four Way Cassette type Indoor unit equipped with washable synthetic media pre-filter, fan section with low noise fan/ dynamically balanced blower, multi speed motor, coil section with DX copper coil, electronic expansion valve, outer cabinet, cordless remote control, drain pan & pump, necessary accessories etc., suitable for operation on 230 V±10%, 50Hz, single phase AC supply, complete as required. The unit shall have automatic force shut down provision in case of fire on receiving signal from BMS System. The cooling capacity of indoor unit will be at air in let conditions of 27 Degree C DB and 19 Degree C WB temperature.

Supply of Floor mounted VRF type Verticool Tower Indoor Units of following minimum capacity equipped with synthetic washable media per-filter, fan section with low noise fan/dynamically balanced blower, coil section with DX Copper coil, MS Powder coated outer cabinet, necessary supports, capable of working on single Phase 50Hz AC supply, complete, as required. SITC of dust and vermin proof cubicle type outdoor LT panels,with IP 55 protection suitable for 415 V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system. The panel shall be fabricated with 2 mm thick CRCA sheet, with suitable flat iron frame work complete with hinged door on front with locking arrangement, doors/ covers for individual inside compartments, 3 mm thick for gland plates, 2 nos. of earth studs, control wiring with 2.5 sqmm. FRLS insulated copper conductor, suitable angle/ channels frame in the bottom, legs for grouting in foundation, painting etc. including supplying and fixing of following accessories as per AAI specification. SH-II- Annual Comprehensive Maintenance for Above VRF System Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of the complete VRV/ VRF System and associated indoor units covered under this contract at FIU, Old Area, Safdarjung Airport including providing and replacement of defective components, breakdown, routine & preventive maintenance etc. as per OEM recommendations ,as per the scope of work and conditions as per the NIT.
