(b) This painting work will be carried out during Holidays only to avoid electric shut down.

M&L removing vegetation, grass, scrubs and bushes growing in Sub station yard along with fencing by manually / mechanically and keeping the sub station yard neat and clean complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include to keep the installation neat and clean through out the period of contract and each cleaning will be measured and paid separately. Cutting of grass is month wise measured and paid separately.

M&L servicing of 33 KV VCB at MRS Manasbal, dismantling cleaning greasing the complete VCB with attached relays bus bar etc insulation testing, setting the contact gap by measuring as required, reassembling the VCB and reinstalling back to its original position checking and repairsing the current circuit panel wiring, relay testing and provision of minor spares as required complete including operational testing and commissoning complete all as specified and directed. Note : New major spare parts will be measured and paid under respective items.

M&L carrying out primary injection test of 33 KV Indoor / Outdoor type current transformer (Set of three)of VCB's by using standard injection test method& checking the electrical circuits for fault condition & proper functioning incl submitting test report complete all as specified and directed.

M&L primary injection test for 33 KV Potential transformer by applying low voltage on HV Side including testing of secondary wiring for its healthiness and submitting the test report complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement including testing of metering and protection current transformer Oil filled out door type of 33 KV capacity ratio 100-50/5 or 200-100/5 class=5P, 10/1 15 VA complete all as specified and directed. Disconnecting of all incoming and outgoing elect connections/earthing strips from defective/ repairable/ in service 33/11 KV step down outdoor type transformer of capacity 01 MVA oil cooled type from 33 KV Power Main Recieving Station at Manasbal, dehydration of oil, removing the radiator fins for the purpose of transportation, assembling it at new place, filling the transformer oil after filteration, shifting to workshop for repairs / rewinding purpose in a load carrier vehicle by using required capacity crane and bring back the same after repairs works and re-installation in the original position including testing, commissioning of 01 MVA transformers on site / area every month, connecting the all removed incoming and outgoing elect cable connections (include Buchloz relay, Oil Templerature Connection, Winding Temperature Connection and all tripping connections) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of 33/11 KV, 01 MVA outdoor type step-down power transformer involves isolating and draining the transformer oil, followed by opening the top cover and carefully lifting the active core and copper winding assembly using a crane. The core and copper windings are dismantled by removing the clamping structures and carefully uncoiling the HT copper windings (primary side winding) of all three phases. The core tank, internal surfaces, and tap changer contacts are thoroughly cleaned using appropriate electrical cleaning agents. New HT and LT copper windings (primary and secondary both sides) are fabricated as per original design specifications using standard insulation materials, ensuring proper turns ratio and clearances. The copper windings are baked in a temperature-controlled oven to remove moisture and restore insulation resistance. After drying, the winding assembly is reassembled onto the core and placed back into the tank, followed by reinstallation of the top cover and associated components. Electrical tests such as balance test, voltage ratio test, insulation resistance (IR) test, and other functional checks are conducted to confirm operational reliability. Finally, the transformer is reassembled completely, refilled with filtered transformer oil under vacuum, and the work shall be carried out under the supervision of a qualified Engineer as under :-

Cleaning of Transformer surface of capacity 01 MVA for rusted area, preparing the surface and painting with same colour as earlier complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling of fresh transformer power oil of BDV not less than 50 KV for topping up of reduced level of transformer due to evaporation/ leakage/losses due to dehydration in HT 33 KV transformer/HT 11 KV AVR /Distribution transformer 100 to 500 KVA or for replacement complete including removing of old unservicable transformer oil complete all as specified and directed. Note : Necessary documents should be submitted by the contractor to GE.

Filteration of insulating oil with high pressure vaccum filteration plant, after filtration attains BDV upto 60 KV for Transformer, OCB and MOCB complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor shall change the filter assy before starting the filtration of Power / distribution transformer of any capacity in presence of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling old and burnt out PT unit 33000/110/220 volts oil filled out door type taking out contact with lead and bushing from the bus bar and replacing by new one of same model suitable for 33 KV PT unit including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully the existing 11KV/0.433 kV distribution transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 500 KVA by disconnecting HT overhead connection/underground cables and earth strips etc. from any substation / locations using suitable capacity of crane or by any other method irrespective of type of approach available, loading in vehicle, transportation to workshop for repairs and unloading carefully. Reloading the tranformer after repairs and testing of transformer; transportation to site and unloading including placing at given position and re-commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note : All the T&P required for disonnection, connection, loading and loading including necessary petty items like bolts, nuts etc will be arranged by the contractor and rates for the same shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

M&L repairs of Transformer step down 11 kV/0.433 KV any type of capacity 100 KVA to 500 KVA, after dismantling the transformer body carefully, opening the top cover of Transformer for inspection /repair, drain out the transformer oil from the tank complete, taking out the core and winding assy by disconnecting the internal connections, removing the carbon/sludge deposit in transformer housing core, renewal/replacement of unserviceable rubber bushes and washers, thimbles, replacement of silica gel, replacement of top cover gasket set including pasting with pasting material, replacement of worn out nut and bolts, replacement of unserviceable LT & HT bushes, cutting the burnt out winding and re-winding the same with suitable size of super enamelled copper wire as per existing guage, insulating the winding connection by using fire proof sleeve and fire proof tape, warnishing the coil, keeping the coils in electric oven chamber for 24 hrs to remove the moisture, Painting of complete transformer body from outside and inside by weather proof type using spray gun, Marking of MES/SM Number etc, replacement of conservator tank glass, re-intalling the core and winding inside properly, making the all connection with suitable copper lugs, refilling of dehydrated transformer oil including dehydration, reinstalling the top cover after cleaning and painting of housing, conservator tank, expulsion vent etc, Meggering the LT and HT side of the Transformer and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Winding wire including labour for making of coils and LT/HT bushes will be measured & paid seperately.

Taking out the existing HT AVR unit 11000 volts grade (Make : Andrew Yule brentford) carefully by dismantling all incoming & outgoing elect / mechanical connections lifting and transport to reputed work shop by means of using suitable tools & plants, opening the body of buck booster/AVR units find out the defects and Servicing, repair/removing incl replacing the defective spare parts and re-assembling complete all as specified and as directed. (De-hydration of oil / new winding will be measured and paid under relavent item of this schedule) The job involves the following :- (a) Dismantling & taking down carefully from plant room by disconnecting all electrical / mechanical connection from HT and LT side including transporting to work shop complete all as specified and directed. (b) Opening the body of the AVR/buck booster units complete, drain out the oil, lift the cover and coil assembly, checking the serveability state of spares such as moving carbon roller, windings, insulating oil, LT/HT elect connections, HT/LT bushings, HT/LT brass terminals, Tig & Tag connectors, chain rack, limit switch, bearings, couplings, motor, Micro processor based PCB card, CT/PT assy, Aux / Reverible contactors, Winding/Oil temp/Buchloz relays assy, earthing connections, copper strip, etc. and repair / replace the same of existing model/make and making fully serviceable state of AVR/Buck booster assy at site incl testing as per OEM specifications complete all as specified and directed. (c) Cleaning the core laminations assembly by oil complete, removing the carbon sediments / dust in the coil and core gently without making any damage to coil and core complete all as specified and directed. (d) Re-assembling all dismantled parts including provision of new gasket, nut, bolts, refilling with transformer oil and transporting back to original location including electric/mechanical connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.
