CLEANING AND REPAIRS OF SEWAGE LINES MANHOLES SEPTIC TANKS AND GULLY TRAP REPAIRS TO COMPOUND WALL DRAINAGE FENCING FOOTPATH AT ASC CENTRE AND COLLEGE INCL 70 MAJ QTRS UNDER AGE BR-I OF GE (CENTRAL) BANGALORE

M&L for Cleaning/clearing mechanically the sewage line of any description / SGSW pipe of size 100mm dia to 150mm dia at any depth , removing any type of blockage including destling , descaling & dechocking with combine hydralic operated sewer suction cum jetting machine mounted on LCV/HCV by using high pressure thermo plastic water jetting hose and throgh conical ronnd shaped nozzle with piston action rodding from manhole to manhole or from manhole to septic tank / well through sewer line complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning of underground SGSW pipe of size 200mm dia by rodding from manhole to manhole or from manhole to septic tank/well) including taking off manhole cover and cleaning of manholes of any size and depth and reomving waste material/sludge to a distance of n.exc 50m and burrying the same pit and replacing manhole cover in position after cleaning complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cleaning of septic tank and soakage well any size by dewatering, taking out mud/sludge/quid from septic tanks, soakage wells not exceeding 1.5meter deep getting out and removing & depositing the sludge to a distance not exceeding 100meter in borrow pits, excavating borrow pits and covering the filled borrow pits with minimum 10cm thick layer of earth, and 2 cm thick lime on top surface to prevent spread out of foul smell. After taking out sludge and solid deposits, the inside of the septic tank, etc shall be cleaned with water complete all as specified and directed. Note: Actual Quantity of solid waste per cum shall be measured and paid.

M&L for Cleaning of septic tank and soakage well any size by dewatering, taking out mud/sludge/quid from septic tanks, soakage wells exceeding 1.5meter but not exceeding 3.00 meter deep getting out and removing & depositing the sludge to a distance not exceeding 100meter in borrow pits, excavating borrow pits and covering the filled borrow pits with minimum 10cm thick layer of earth and 2 cm thick lime on top surface to prevent spread out of foul smell. After taking out sludge and solid deposits, the inside of the septic tank shall be cleaned with water, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Actual Quantity of solid waste per cum shall be measured and paid.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m depth in foundations etc for manholes, sewage line and and getting out complete all as specifed and directed.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specifed and directed.

Removal of excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specifed and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonary, bult in cement mortor incl all quoins, arches, pillars etcincluding depositing unservicable brick and stacking for reuse including cleaning of bricks and deposting off all debries & rubbish off permises to a distance not exceeding 100 mtr complete all as specifed and directed.

Demolition and breaking up 150 mm internal dia drain pipes (PVC, cast iron, Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including removal and deositing of debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.10 here-in-above but 200 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) as in floors and paving n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including deposal off rubbish to a distance not exc 100 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in man hole covers/cover slabs (reinforcement be cut to facilitate demolition) complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C1, 1:3:6 using 20mm stone aggreage with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl itemNo 14 above but except block complete all as specified and directed. Note : PCC block obtained from demolition will be re-used under this item.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cemnt concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and forming benching as required. Internal dia of pipe 150mm complete all as specified.

M & L for DWCPE (SN 8) pipes nominal dia 172.50 (OD)/148.50(ID) mm diameter Pipes) laid on any depth of trenches including jointing/cutting as required length pipes with jointing with socket/spight with elastomeric sealing complete activities to execute and make sewer line functional all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

All as per srl item No above but 198.50(ID)mm dia complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or block wall ceiling and concrete surface etc including rackimg out joints,hacking for keys all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on brick or block masonry surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 using WPC, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately

Supply only integral water proofing compound

M&L for Precast reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded) aggregate as in manhole cover/slab including necessary form work complete all as specifed and directed. Note: Reinforcement steel shall be measured and paid separately

S&F Deformed or TMT steel bars 8mm or 10mm dia in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made FRP manhole cover of size 900x900mm of 2.5 to 3Tonne compressive strength including necessay fixing in existing manhole chamber with PCC (1:2:4) including taking existing manhole cover of any type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in sub base or sub floors for laying floor finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type-B1 using 20mm grade aggregate as in sub floor/sub bse or levelling course for uniform floor finish etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for for sand filling under floors or in foundatins including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and as directed Note : Consolidated thickness will be measured and paid.

M&L for machine pressed precast conctete coloured interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade With Grey and no pigment laid over 50 mm thick sand cushion and compacted with mechanical plate vibrator including dismantling of existing complete all as specified and direceted. Note : Sand filling shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for Chequered cement concrete tiles (glosssy) of size 30cm x 30cm x 20 to 25mm thick (with grey cement and pigments) set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor, laid over and incl 20mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile/slab incl cutting, rubbing, grinding complete including dismantling of existing all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, benching including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type-B1 using 20mm grade aggregate as in floor etc, concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-1( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays (n. exc. 2 Sqm each) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unservicable fencing wiremesh of any description articles and removing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS galvanised Chain link fencing any type or size complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Dia of wire, size of mesh and hight of fence will be decide by Engr-in-Charge as per site requirement. (ii) Physical weight of chain link fence will be ascertain by Bd of Offrs.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, size and type, to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel work such as angle iron post , flat iron in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes nothing for wire etc incl all necessary drilling bolting or riveting etc conforming to Fe 290 grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Mild steel screw bolts(machine made dia of neck 10mm) with hexagonal or square heads at one end screwed the other,or screwded both ends each screwed end to be fittedd with washers and one hexogonal or square nuts n exc 5 cm long complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of Capacity exc 250 but n exc 500ltrs, setting aside ( for lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning,etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in positing including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt,etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes including writing date of cleaning in DD/MM/YYYY etc complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only Ball valve high pressure of PTMT 20mm with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipes and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
