CLEANING AND REPAIRS OF SEWAGE LINES MANHOLES SEPTIC TANKS AND GULLY TRAP REPAIRS TO COMPOUND WALL DRAINAGE FENCING FOOTPATH AT ASC CENTRE AND COLLEGE INCL 70 MAJ QTRS UNDER AGE BR-I OF GE (CENTRAL) BANGALORE

M&L for Cleaning manually of blocked WC seat trap, inside house and gully trap it includes remove/refixing of grating and cleaning of WC's trap,kitchen/bath traps any type/pattern (pedestal/squatt pattern) upto 1st manhole and making the drain pipe of any size full functional by flushing with water to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge including cleaning of 1st manhole and removing the waste material/sludge etc to a distance n.exc 50m and burring the same in pits complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note for Item No 01 to 05 : (i) Supvr staff along with 02 consevency staff to be detailed for the work will report to complaint cell daily for collection of complaint slips and will returned the same after completion of assigned work duly signed by the user/occupants for the area/location covered under this subject work and as directed by engineer-in-charge/JE (ii) Cleaning Work & measurement of same will be carried out each time depending on blockage as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (iii) The quantities will not be given in full for cleaning at one time, the same may be in part depending on blockage or complaint by user. As such contractor will not have any claim for cleaning in one go. (ivi) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of earthwork & excavation, sprinkling sufficient bleaching powder & other materials like safety gears for staff incl removal of manhole cover slab and refixing the same after cleaning. (v) The sewage cleaning machine shall be arranged by the contractor as and when informed by Enginner -in-Charge for desludging the Manhole or cleaning of sewage line. (v) Quoted rate deemed to be inclusive for arranging cleaning machine any number of times, transporation, fuel etc complete. (vi) The repairs covered under this subject work shall be undertaken as and when required basis accordingly site will be available in piecemeal wise and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for Cleaning/clearing mechanically the sewage line of any description / SGSW pipe of size 100mm dia to 150mm dia at any depth , removing any type of blockage including destling , descaling & dechocking with combine hydralic operated sewer suction cum jetting machine mounted on LCV/HCV by using high pressure thermo plastic water jetting hose and throgh conical ronnd shaped nozzle with piston action rodding from manhole to manhole or from manhole to septic tank / well through sewer line complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning of underground SGSW pipe of size 200mm dia by rodding from manhole to manhole or from manhole to septic tank/well) including taking off manhole cover and cleaning of manholes of any size and depth and reomving waste material/sludge to a distance of n.exc 50m and burrying the same pit and replacing manhole cover in position after cleaning complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cleaning of septic tank and soakage well any size by dewatering, taking out mud/sludge/quid from septic tanks, soakage wells not exceeding 1.5meter deep getting out and removing & depositing the sludge to a distance not exceeding 100meter in borrow pits, excavating borrow pits and covering the filled borrow pits with minimum 10cm thick layer of earth, and 2 cm thick lime on top surface to prevent spread out of foul smell. After taking out sludge and solid deposits, the inside of the septic tank, etc shall be cleaned with water complete all as specified and directed. Note: Actual Quantity of solid waste per cum shall be measured and paid.

M&L for Cleaning of septic tank and soakage well any size by dewatering, taking out mud/sludge/quid from septic tanks, soakage wells exceeding 1.5meter but not exceeding 3.00 meter deep getting out and removing & depositing the sludge to a distance not exceeding 100meter in borrow pits, excavating borrow pits and covering the filled borrow pits with minimum 10cm thick layer of earth and 2 cm thick lime on top surface to prevent spread out of foul smell. After taking out sludge and solid deposits, the inside of the septic tank shall be cleaned with water, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Actual Quantity of solid waste per cum shall be measured and paid.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m depth in foundations etc for manholes, sewage line and and getting out complete all as specifed and directed.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specifed and directed.

Removal of excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specifed and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonary, bult in cement mortor incl all quoins, arches, pillars etcincluding depositing unservicable brick and stacking for reuse including cleaning of bricks and deposting off all debries & rubbish off permises to a distance not exceeding 100 mtr complete all as specifed and directed.

Demolition and breaking up 150 mm internal dia drain pipes (PVC, cast iron, Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including removal and deositing of debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.
