Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401including Supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. with 1 % cement and 3.50 % SS2 Emulsion.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means.including Supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying 50 mm thick densed gradded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.50% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix material to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grede,level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specifications clauses 505 complete work in all respects. including supply of all materials,labour,T&P etc as required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.including Supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying 25mm thick bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.20 % percent of mix and filler ,transporting the hot mix material to work site , laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade ,level and alignment ,rolling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tandem roller , to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H.. specification clause no - 507, complete in all respect. ( Grading -I )

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with ReflectoringmGlass Beads on Bituminous Surface,Providing and laying of Hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50mm thick including reflectoring glass beads @ 250 gms per Sqm area, thickness of 2.50mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC :35.The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes. Rate AS per UPPWD.

Providing and fixing 3M USA Brand Road pavement marker area 200 (CAT EYES) board make of polycarbonate with economically waked parametrically retro reflective lines on both sides for maximum retro reflection in wet & dry condition with 3M bitumen adhesive BT-59/9M epoxy as per MORTH. including supply of all material, labour T&P etc.required for proper completion of the work.Rate AS per UPPWD. At an avg distance 4.50m C/C

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. Gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in T. Beam, Slab Roof and R.C.C. Column excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid. Excluding GST.

Mild steel or iron work in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (When not included in and an over all rates) brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and excluding the supply of steel and its wastage Bend, hooks and authorized over lapping shall be measured upto floor to level.

Fabrication and Installation of Information board of stainless steel road signage ( Road / Lane Name signage board size 1830 X 1220 mm ) as per approved drawing frame structure and support shall be made of stainless steel SS - 304 in bruched finished sections including stain finished and fitting of approved make , mounted on 2 no square stainless Steel base plates of size 250 X250 X8 mm triangular structural support with ribs plates & grouted in PCC1:5:10 & CC 1:2:4 ( 1 cement:2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) Block size 600 X 600 X 750 mm as per approved drawing. Boards frame Arrow Type shall be made of horizontal & vertical SS pipe of outer dia 31.8 mm,1.2mm thick.SS rectangular pipe of size 25 X12 X1.2 mm thick shall be welded and royted through 31.8mm OD pipe internally for fixing of the sign boards size 1220 X915 mm using micro prismatic grade retro reflective sheeting type -XI ( 3m / Avery Dennision Brand ) conforming to ASTM D-4956 specifications pasted on 3mm ACM sheet with letters symbols , logo etc. on electro cut overlay film of desired colour . The sign plate shall be fixed on the SS frame with the help of VHB tape 24mm wide double gum tape complete. The rates ibcluded all SS structure , grouting in CC Block , all labour T & P etc. complete as per approved drawing and as per direction of the Engineer- In -Charge.
