   Item will be purchase from those firms who are the past supplier of same or similar category of the item in Indian railway. Firm must submit compliance of successful past performance in Indian railway for the same or similar category of the item to qualify the EC of tender. Firm must submit latest credential (Not older than 1 April 2020) documents (Proof of supply/compliance of contract) like RNote, Receipted Challan, Installation & commissioning report or any authentic documents for the same otherwise their offers will be summarily rejected/ignored.

   In case offer is quoted by authorized dealer of OEM, Earnest Money Deposit is to be submitted equal to 2% of estimated tender value

   Delivery schedule indicated in the tender schedule is tentative and may vary as per the requirement of railway at the time of finalisation of tender/release of purchase order. However, offers with large variation from tendered delivery schedule may be ignored or considered for restricted order quantity.

   No Exemption for EMD will be given to firms except to those firms as mentioned in the Instruction to tenderers ITT_Rev_1.21_April_2024. If the firms, other than those exempted, fail to submit EMD along with the offer, their offer will be summarily rejected.

   The tenderers in their bids shall indicate the details of their jurisdictional assessing officers (Designation, address & email ID). Also tenderers are required to furnish the correct HSN code for the offered item along with their bid.

   Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

General Instructions

   Purchaser reserves the right to cancel the tender for full or part quantity without assigning any reason. The rates quoted by the tenderers for the full Quantity would be taken as valid even for part quantity.
2. 2

   5 % of P.O. value may be recovered from the firm as General Damages as per para 16.2 of ITT_Rev_1.21_April_2024, in case of failure of firm to supply the item.
