M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls by scrapping old paint with mechanically operated steel wire brush, wash the surface throughly and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior grade (100%) (1st coat shall be applied by brush/roller, 2nd coat shall be applied by using spray machine) over a coat of primer complete including necessary steel scaffolding + green cloth all round the work side for any posititon/height, complete all as specified and directed.(For bldg from GF to fourteen Floor). Note :-Necessary safety precautions need to taken before applying paint.

M&L preparation of surfaces cracks of plaster internal/external of walls, ceilings/ chajjas upto 5mm wide, remove, loose plaster/concrete by suitable tools, filling cracks with crack paste compound and apply the second coat after 10-12 hrs of application of first coat, (For bldg from GF to fourteen Floor )complete all as directed and specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of surfaces by cutting V groove all along the crack 5mm to 10mm and above removing all loose plaster/concrete filling cracks with crack filling compound over moist surfaces by suitable tool. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge,as approved by GE (For bldg from GF to fourteen Floor).

M&L for applying texture paint of 4mm thick of desired finish as approved by GE over a coat of exterior wall primer which includes preparation of old decorated surfaces, cleaning of loose paint , grease , growth of fungus, algae or moss by using wire brushing and watering and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed. (For bldg from GF to fourteen Floor).

M&L for preparation of surface and applying two coats of cement base paint on old decorated surfaces.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls and ceiling including racking of joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc for storey as directed by Engr-in-Charge incl all necessary scaffolding etc.

M&L for 20mm thick plastering by using ready mix cement mortar in Cement mortar 1:4 in 2 coats (15 mm thick backing coat and 5 mm thick setting coat mixed with water proofing compound) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (w/o using extra cement) all as specified and directed (WPC shall be mesured and paid seperately) including all necessary scaffolding etc.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls/Ceiling and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior grade (100%) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. (for high rise bldg GF to fourteen floor) including all necessary scaffolding etc.

Supply only integral water proofing compound

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description exc 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified. (for storey from GF to fourteen floor) including all necessary scaffolding etc.

M&L for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description exc 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified. (for storey GF to fourteen floor) including all necessary scaffolding etc.

Taking down CI/ rain water pipes (any size or pattern) including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends etc

S&F 100 mm dia sand cast CI soil waste pipe in any length with ears and jointed with neat cement paste complete all as specified and as directed. (for G+14 building)

S&F 100 mm dia sand cast CI bend/tee/branch piece (single/ double) of any radius, jointed with neat cement paste complete all as specified and as directed. (for G+14 building)

S&F 75 mm dia sand cast CI soil waste pipe in any length with ears and jointed with neat cement paste complete all as specified and as directed. (for G+14 building)

S&F 75 mm dia sand cast CI bend/tee/branch piece (single/double) of any radius, jointed with neat cement paste complete all as specified and as directed.(for G+14 building)

S&F 160mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed,in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed in wall including GI clamps of approved shape and size approved by GE at any height, any location, any floor including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 160mm dia PVC (SWR) bends/shoes any radius fixed to pipe at any location/height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 75mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed,in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed in wall including GI clamps of approved shape and size approved by GE at any height including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 75mm dia PVC (SWR) bends/shoes/ single Y/ double Y any radius fixed to pipe at any location/height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for repair of Framed work such as grills, gratings, angle irons, pipe sections, flat iron, railings etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks, embedded in concrete and similar work conferming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 at any height including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Polished granite stone slab 16 to 18mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillar, window cills, cooking platform and like in cement mortar 1:4 incl pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture pigment to match with shade of granite including moulding at front edge all as specified and as directed as in platforms. (Note : Quality of granite all as approved by GE .)

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar.

M&L Brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for writing letters or figures (block. Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc 30cm, letters shall be painted with thick paint

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.

M&L for 25 mm Cement concrete type B-2 , 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) finishing cement concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for 25 mm thick Sand filling for sub base of finishes including consolidation all as specified.

M&L for 60 mm thick Machine pressed precast interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 , M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment fixed with cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for Painting lines/arrows on road pavement n.exc. 10cm wide with road marking paint white or golden yellow.
