M&L for Dismantling of exhaust pipe of the DG set by unscrewing nuts and bolts and taking down the pipe with muffler removing the burnt out asbestos rope and well wrapping with new aluminium metal cladding with glass wool including cleaning the silencer, and fixing the same in its original position complete all as directed by Engr- in- Charge for the following capacity DG Sets. (a) up to 125KVA

M&L for Disconnecting all electrical connections from the unserviceable self starter of any make/ capacity model 24 volts and taking down the self starter and transporting to civil workshop for carrying out repairs, complete overhauling the system including replacing the unserviceable parts like bearings, carbon brushes, clutch plates etc & assembling including after repair refixing the self starter in its original position,making all connection as per DG Set OEM recomendation, testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Supply only Armature coil, field coil shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule.

M&L for Disconnecting all the incoming and outgoing rubber hoses and draining out the water from the choked radiator assembly of the existing make and model and various capacities of DG sets and taking down the radiator assembly by unscrewing all mechanical/electrical connections from the existing mounting, transporting the same to civil workshop for carrying out servicing, opening the top and bottom covers of radiator assembly cleaning thoroughly the chocked pipe of the radiator by using chemical detergent, lime caustic soda, cotton etc., cleaning of all the deposited sediments in the pipes/tubes including arresting of leakage by means of soldering, brazing and transporting back to site and refixing the same in its original position with suitable size nuts, bolts and washers and Anti vibrating mounting(AVM) pads as required as per OEM recomendation etc., for the following DG sets all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge: (a) Upto 125 KVA DG Set

Supply, Fix & test run the DG set after replacing Diesel feeder Pump of existing model,size suitable to DG Set of capacity 35 KVA to 250 KVA including taking down old unserviceable complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for disconnecting all electrical & mechanical connections,Dismantle the Engine (make KIRLOSKER/ CUMMINS /GREAVES/ GREAVES COTTON/ASIATIC/ RUSTON) from 35KVA to 250 KVA DG set capacities located at various location under AGE E/M-I(U) and transported to OEM Authorised service center for complete overhauling, replacing the following unservicable worn-out spares with new appropriate make minor spares & major spares (minor spares- up to Rs 2500/Each), after assembling the spares the Engine again shfted to original existing place and reassembled to alternator& radiator,AMF panel/Electrical panel board of DG set complete testing, commissioning all as per OEM recomendation and as directed by Engr-in-charge.The quoted rate inclusive of Manpower, Crane charges for transporting engine to workshop and back after repairs Note: - (i)Major Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately.

LT DISTRIBUTION M&L for attending, repair and rectification of external LT/HT electric supply complaints on 11000/1100 Volts grade, under ground / over head system along with necessary T & P, safety devices as per site requirement for the following type of complaints complete all as specified and directed:-

Trimming/pruning and removing of tree branches or any other foreign objects from HT/LT over head conductor /Street light /Solar light area and clearing the OH Line of any type and size for one street light/one span of any length in 2 way /4 way/6 way conductor system. Notes: (i) Insulators of any type, connectors and ACSR conductor of any size required at site will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule. (ii) The contractor is responsible for provision of Necessary T & P and safety equipments to complete the job. (iii) Quoted rate is deemed to inclusive of Replacement of Insulators, Joining the ACSR Conductor, Jumpering and stringing the ACSR conductor etc.

Replacement of faulty LT switch gear of any type and size fixed in panel board pole mounted boxes on walls or any other indicated places including provision of lugs/thimbles of suitable sizes. Note: - Switch gears will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Replacement of blown out DO fuse, 11 KV grade of any capacity. Notes: (i) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of Fuse wire of required gauge and necessary T & P required at site. (ii) No additional payments will be admissible for replacement of fuse in same system with an hour. (iii) Set of 3 fuses will be considered as one job for payment purpose.

Dismantling of steel poles/ concrete poles of an site an location for issue of schedule of credit Notes for Item Nos 81.01 to 1.04 :- (a) The contractor will be allotted complaints at MES complaint cell on daily basis on all working days and sufficient resources will be deployed by him/her for completion of day to day complaints within 24 Hrs from the time of reporting. Any delay beyond above mentioned time limit without intimation of sufficient cause, penalties will be recovered twice of the quoted rate for each un-attended complaint. (b) A detailed log of complaints with completion/non-completion remarks from users/MES will be maintained by the contractor and the same will be updated on daily basis in consultation with Engr-in-Charge or JE E&M as detailed. (c) The contractor will make suitable arrangement for emergency complaints and will notify authorised rep/Engr-in-Charge about extraordinary circumstances for probable non-completion or delay in rectification of complaints beyond stated time limit set for disposal of complaint. In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding in this regard. (d) The contractor will intimate MES authority well in advance if electric shutdown is required during rectification of complaints. (e) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of transportation and other expenses required for the resource deployment at the complaint site around scattered Military station at Secunderabad. (f) The contractor will maintain location wise record of each spare utilized as per inventoy format given by AGE E/M, Secunderabd and the same shall be submitted to E/M No I store on daily basis.

Supply and Lay reinforced precast concrete cable cover LV, Type I,flat, size 250x150x40 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate set in cement mortar 1:4 as in coping/pedestals of poles including necessary form work complete and applying two coats of white wash to exposed surface of coping/platform complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete for pole / stay / post etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, Cleaning the steel tubular poles of 9/11 metres long of any description thoroughly with necessary cleaning agent including scrapping up of old corroded paint dirt/dust/rust carefully and applying two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer and writing of MES No on pole with emulsion black paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, Stickering of any type of street light pole with A1 graded radium strip of 100mm width three colour red, Yellow and green around the pole with 100mm gap in each strip at a distrance of 1.1 metre high from the ground level complete including white wash to the coping and marking of pole numbers with emulsion black paint complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, errecting and fixing steel tubular swaged poles with cast iron base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws for type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) including painting with two coats of aluminum paint over one coat of redoxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to embedded portion in PCC and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" (inch) wide complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earth work, PCC in foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

M&L Pipe bracket for street light fitting made out of 40mm dia GI pipe, medium grade, tubing bend to shape, 1.5m long fixed to pole wall including provn of two sets of clamps made out of flat iron of size 40x6 mm including of provn of bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.
