Taking down cement plaster on brick or conc surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick works finished even and smooth without using extra cement in cement mortar 1:4

M&L for 15mm thck rendering on fair faces of brick works in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement in cement mortar.

M&L for preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with roller on new treated surface of wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces incl cleaning by brooming down or with steel wire brushing scraping down smoke goot, moulded moss and efflorescent salts and cleaning oil and greasy spots and applying two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology, Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as directed.

Complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Primer and emulsion application to be carried out through air less spray machine (Only mechanical application allowed except in paint application on bands/chajja/building edges/borders/projections where contrasting color as specified and directed is to be applied).

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs (-) NIL (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' (Contd). Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount. Note :- Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
