M&L Machine cut machine polished kota stone slab of size 550 x 500mm of 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointd with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing including screed bed and bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4 size of Kota stone as decided by Engr-in-charge complete.

M&L kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing including 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles

M&L for providing damp proof layer in two coats of acrylic polymer coating consisting of 1 part of acrylic polymer liquid mixed with 2 parts of cementious chemical powder applying at the rate of 0.70kg/Sqm of mix per coat and applying second coat after 4-6 hrs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (i) Make of the material 'Smart Care damp block 2K' of Asian paints or equivalent from Dr Fixit, STP, CICA etc. as approved. (ii) The water proofing to sunken slab shall be carried out through approved applicator of manufacturer.

M&L for rendering 20mm thick in CM 1:4 using water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction on bottom and vertical side of sunken portion of slab upto skirting level. Note :- (i) Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this BOQ. (ii) 72hrs ponding test of water shall be carried out for sunken slab. Unit rate shall be deemed to include this provision.

M&L for GI pipe 50mm dia medium grade laid on sunken floor including painting pipe with anitcorrosive paint (Black Japan) & necessary grouting with cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Treating the soil under plinth protection at the rate of 5 litres of chemical emulsion in water of one percent Chlorpyrifos 20 EC emulsion per square metre of surface area.

Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion in water of one percent Chlorpyrifos 20 EC @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors.
