Operation of the pump sets and day to day general maintenance of the Electromechanical services of staff Quarters including maintaining log books for pump sets, switching ON and switching OFF of the compound/building lights, attending minor electrical faults (without materials), regular cleaning of pump sets, pump panels, pump house, Sub Station yard, electrical panels and panel rooms, metering panels of staff quarters, compound light fittings, supplying of consumables i.e grease, cotton waste, PVC tape, registers etc., recording meter readings of sub-meters, ensuring for non wastage of electricity and water etc. complete as required as per the specifications and scope of works. (Note: Details of Electromechanical Services available at site is given in Annexure "A")
