The zone will undertake random 5% check to establish that the product quoted by the firm is actually available in the store(s) mentioned by the firm. Further, if at the point of time of inspection such drug is not available in the Store (s) due sale of available stock, the retailer will be asked to provide a copy of purchase memo/supply order of the product from the firm.

The purchaser shall also have the right to further enhance currency of running contract upto 6 months on the same rates, terms and conditions at its sole discretion. Further extension, beyond 6 months may be done with mutual consent of Supplier and Purchaser.

Purchase reserves the right to redistribute of qty. among of the consignees during the currency of the contract on its sole discretion during the currency contract (including extend currency).
