M&L for drilling of borehole through any kind of soil, boulders, rocks etc. for a bore size 150 mm dia as required at site for a depth upto 35 mtrs from ground level including disposal of spoil from the site of work complete all as specified & as directed.

All as per Item Sl No 01 But drilling bore size 150 mm (6 1/2) here in above but for depth exceeding 35 mtrs & upto 70 mtrs below ground level complete.

Electro logging of bore for precise delineation of granular zones & also the quality of ground water including report interpretation complete all as specified & as directed. NOTE:- Electric logging shall be carried out by any approved Govt Agency.

Supplying and assembling including jointing, lowering & fixing in position ERW casing pipe fine cut of internal dia 150 mm bore of thickness 5.4 mm confirming to IS 4270-2001 (ISI marked) including jointing of pipe by necessary electric arc welding both sides. The pipe shall be duly painted with anti-corrosive paint suitable for drinking water purpose complete all as specified & as directed. MAKE : TATA/JINDAL/PRAKASH

Supply and fixing well cap suitable for 150 mm bore housing pipe made out of 6 mm thick steel plate complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : After completion of the work well cap will be used to keep the bore well closed until the submersible pumping set is installed.

M&L for development of tube well with air compressor of suitable capacity till sand/mud free water of potable quality is obtained (Compressor with accessories & tube etc. shall be arranged by the contractor) complete all as specified & as directed.

Development of tube well by over pumping 25% using suitable size diesel engine driven turbine pump after completion of item above, including yield testing for tube well as per IS requirements. NOTE :- Yield test of bore well shall be carried out in the presence of rep of Accepting Officer.

Supply only strata sample box with glass cover 3mm thick having internal dimension 1000x600x100mm made out of 20mm thick wrought Ist class hard wood shisham with hinges, hasp and staple including polishing complete with samples at various depth evenly 2 mtr interval met in boring including strata chart in duplicate all as directed and specified.

M&L for sanitary sealing of tube well with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 of suitable size using 20 mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and as directed

Collection of water from bore well, testing at/from approved Govt lab for potability by doing chemical and bacteriological analysis as per norms of WHO and submission of test reports to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, lowering, jointing & testing GI heavy grade column pipe 50 mm bore both ends threaded, ISI Marked with heavy duty socket . MAKE : TATA/JINDAL/PRAKASH

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of multi stage submersible pump set (Open well type ) with bronze impeller, directly coupled with motor, suitable for minimum total head 306 mtrs and discharge min 50 LPM yeild operated on AC 3 phase, voltage range 300V-440V, 50 Hz. The motor casing shall be of stainless steel, pump shaft / motor shaft shall be of stainless steel, pump bowls shall be of high graded cast iron complete all as specified and directed. The pump and motor shall comply to all the requirements of relevant IS. Make: Kirloskar / KSB/CG/CALAMA.

Provision of trenchless bore using mechanical numatic drilling equipment for passing electric cables through HDPE pipe of 80mm dia under the existing bituminous/WBM road/PCC hard standings, depth range not less than 1.0 mtr and upto 1.5mtr and making good to the distrubed surfaces of road to match with its existing specifications all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge at site. Note : 1. Quoted rates deems to be inclusing of necessary earth work, transportation charges of Drilling machine, and cost of HDPE pipe and passing pipe through bore complete. 2. Any damage to MES assets caused during trenchless bore shall be recitfied by the contractor at his own cost.

Supply and laying, jointing & testing cable XLPE insulated, armoured and PVC sheathed LT 1100 volts grade and aluminum conductor confirming to IS 1554 laid in trenches/through pipe/floor/fixed wall etc complete all as specified and directed for size of cables 25 Sqmm 3½ core. Note: Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, cable cover, returning/filling will be measured & paid seperately.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for laying of DI/GI pipes of any sizes in soft loose soil complete all as specified & as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified & as directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L for Sand cushioning and covering with clean dry sand in trenches for protection of under ground cables (below, above and around the cable laid in trenches) complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Thickness after punning down shall be measured for payment whose thickness shall not be less than 18cm)

Supply and lay common burnt(Kiln burnt) locally available best quality brick laid at right angle on the cable complete in trenches for cable protection complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
