Wall primer one coat with approved water bond wall primer including cost of labour, cost of paint etc complete

Wall painting two coats with plastic emulation paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of paint

Painting two coats with any approved colour of Weather seal coat to out side surface of wall.

Painting two coat with any approved paint on new/old Wood/Iron work over a coat of red oxide priper including all costs etc complete

Supply fitting and fixind of stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm 0.90mtr C/C and stainless squre pipe bracing of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm in three row in stair case as per approved design and specification buffing polishing etc with cost & convence, taxes of all materials, labour and T and P reqd for the work all comp in all respect.
