M & L for glazed, coloured, ceramic, tiles of size (350mm x 250 mm/450mm x 350mm/300mmx450mm) x 6 to 7 mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc, including 10 mm thick bedding in cement mortor 1:4 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pre-polished cement concrete chequered tiles (300mm x 300mm x 25 mm thick), glossy finish, exterior grade, smooth in design, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc stacking the serviceable bricks after removing mortar and cleaning for re-use and disposal of debris and rubbish to a distance n.exc 100m as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with integral water proofing compound with weight of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Supply only Liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
