APPROACH ROAD+ Additional Approach Road Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lift and lead upto 1.00 km, Transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.2 ( Cartage Earth work 1 Km) (Including labour cess but Excluding GST). The Compacted thickness of each layer shall not be more than 200 mm.

Providing, laying, spreading Material on prepared sub grade by adding cement @ 2% by weight of the spread Material manually by mixing in place with rotavator compacting with vi roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and form a layer of subbase. (Including labour cess, Royalty but Excluding GST)

Providing, laying and spreading Material on prepared sub base adding cement @ 4% by weight of the spread Material manually by mixing in place with rotavator compacting with road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and form a layer of base. Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using bitumenVG10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. (Including labour cess, Royalty but Excluding GST)

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (Including labour cess, Royalty but Excluding GST)

Additional Approach Road Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lift upto 1.50 m & lead upto 30 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. (Including labour cess but Excluding GST). Thickness of each layer shall not be more than 200 mm.

Hume Pipe Culvert Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material by Mechanical Means (Including labour cess but Excluding GST)

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. (Including labour cess, Royalty but Excluding GST)

Brick masonry work in 1:4 cement mortar in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 600, 1202 & 1203 (Including labour cess, Royalty but Excluding GST)
