Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Three track three panels sliding window (area exceeding 1 Sqm and not exceeding 2 Sqm) with fly proof SS wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels), frame 90 x 42 mm & sash 31 x 57 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single/double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (v) Test certificate of Manufacturer to be provided by contractor. (vi) Embossing with Barcode of Manufacturer engraved over each Frame & shutter is mandatory.

Material and labour for Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators and its frame including providing and fixing hinges, pivots, Aluminium mongery/fittings and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws including taking down old complete all as specified and as directed. S&F in repair powder coated tempered aluminium tubular frame of grade 6063 fixed to wall suitable framework for fixing ACP sheet complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Work may be executed upto 4 storey bldgs.

S&F Prepainted aluminium composite panel 3mm thick exterior grade fixed to vertical surface (horizontal or vertical direction) with typical runners and cleat fixing system of approved make for external , column/canopy and complete weather ceiling. The surface will be furnished with PVDF coating thickness as per manufacturers standard (in FR Grade-Fire retardant) on top side and service coating on reverse side. Coating shall confirm to specification of ECCA/AAMA and confirming to the mecanical properties of panel as per detailed specification. The system shall be fixed using GI brackets and stainless steel bolts and nuts complete with spring washers and cup nuts and all other necessary accessories . The brackets support shall be designed as per manufactureres specification and shall with stand to wind pressure . All hardware shall be corrosion resistant . Rate include sealing, sealing shall be done by using weather resistant silicon of dow confirming 789 or approved equivalent make. including taking down old with frame complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Work may be executed upto 4 storey bldgs.

Note for Aluminium Frame/Door/Window/vents (items above) (i) The weight of Aluminium section/Frame or complete door/wndow with mongery shall be physically ascertained through a board of officers convened by CWE and payment shall be made only after the actual weight at site. (ii) The weight shall be measured before fixing the glass/particle board. (iii) Cost for making good to cutting holes/dismantled portion during taking down old and fixing new hold fast with PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate or cement mortar (1:3) shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Supply & fixing 5.5mm thick tinted sheet glass ordinary quality in squares / retangular in any size of each pane as in aluminium doors, window, partitions and similar work including cutting to shape complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing 18/19mm thick particle board , interior grade pre-laminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed to aluminium frame work all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repairs to existing steel members of existing door frame/mild steel window frame, repair to steel gates/ door of any description area exceeding 1Sqm but not exceeding 2Sqm each (including taking down and re-fixing in same opening if required), by welding works, repair the hinges, handles, sliding bolt, tower bolt and locking arrangements, including tightening, adjustment /alignment easing to open/close etc. and ensuring proper working condition after repair, complete as specified and as directed.

Taking down steel rolling shutter of any description area exceeding 20Sqm but not exceeding 35Sqm each, height appx 6.5m, ball bearings and gear operated, and refixing in same opening and ensuring proper working condition after replacement of ball bearing, repairing to gear, broken/rusted steel members by welding, and necessary any other minor repairs, adjustment /alignment easing to slide, greasing, filling gear oil, stoppage of leakage etc complete all as directed.

M & L for Cup board shutter, shelves made out of WPC board 18/19mm thick, density over 600kg/Cum, shelves fixed with SS brackets/cleats as required complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab and adjoining vertical slab as described following any one method complete all as specified and as directed.

Method 1 (A) Supplying and applying two component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating, Smart Care Damp proof 2K, having 100% elongation as per ASTM D412, resisting 5 bars hydrostatic pressure as per DIN 1048, reduction to rapid chloride shall be 70 as per DIN 1048, crack bridging upto 1.2mm as per ASTM 4548.5 Clean all working surface & made free from dirt, grease laitance etc. After inspection for all working area rough surface, cracks & construction joint are treated by polymer modified mortar of 1:1:4 (1 Cement : 1Polymer : 4 Sand). Making Gola of size 75x75mm at junction of vertical & horizontal with the polymer modified mortar of 1:1:4 (1 Cement : 1 Polymer : 4 Sand). The mixing ratio of the coating shall be 2 parts of powder & 1 part of liquid without any water addition in the mixing and shall have consumption of 1.5kg/sqm per coats, etc, complete as per manufactures specifications. (B) Bore Packing: All the borehole gaps between concrete surface and PVC pipe of various dia upto the neck level shall be filled with non-shrink free flow grout – Smart Care GP Grout having dual shrinkage compensation property. Before the bore packing, surface of the PVC pie and concrete surface will be made rough and sand will be sprinkled with polymer bonding agent. (C) Apply12-15mm plaster on slab and vertical surface admixed with Smart Care Vitalia Neo @200ml per bag of cement before treatment. (D) 40 mm dia HDPE pipe to be provided as spout pipe in sunken portion.

Method 2 (A) Supplying and applying two component cementitious & acrylic flexible water proofing & protective coating, two coats with 1mm DFT, having Hydrostatic (positive) water pressure resistance (DIN 1048) is 7. Abrasion resistance, cm/km is 0.09 of Dr Fixit Pidifin 2k @ 1.5kg/sqm with a paint brush over existing slab surface and adjoining vertical surface. The Polyester reinforced coated net of 45g/sqm, 2.5mmx2.5mm is laying on the surface immediately on the first coat of two component modified polymer Dr Fixit pidifin 2k. After removal of all lose materials like dust etc. with wire brush coir brushes from surface to get absolutely cleaned surface free of foreign contaminant filling of crack and patches with polymer based mortar/micro concrete, after that making the gola on surrounding wall’s junction and seal the vertical walls. In case of core cutting on the surface, the joint is seal with non-shrink grout. (B) The coating shall be terminated at 1600mm in toilet/2100mm in bathroom on vertical walls. (C) Apply12-15mm water proof plaster on slab and vertical surface admixed with Dr Fixit pidiproof LW+ @200ml per bag of cement before treatment. (D) 40 mm dia HDPE pipe to be provided as spout pipe in sunken portion.

Make : Method 1 (Asian paint)/ Method 2 (Dr fixit) or Techno commercial equivalent in make mentioned in Appx 'B' approved by CWE Note :- (i) The treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicator (through specialized agency ) approved by CWE as per the manufacturer. (ii) PCC filling under sunken area will be measured & paid separately (iii) Treatment should be conitue upto 450mm height on vertical wall (all sides and floor) of sunken but only plan area of sunken will be measured for payment.

The DBs shall be of IP-54 protection class, including taking down unserviceable old DB any type including MCB etc and including making good disturbed surfaces of walls as necessaty complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing in replacement (concealed flush to wall) factory made DB (made out of CRCA sheet not less than 1.2mm thick, fitted with DIN channel neutral link and 200 Amp rated bus bar) SPN, 8 Way, 240V AC supply, As per IEC 61439-3, and provision for mounting Isolator/MCB/MCCB as incomer and for outgoing, DB shall be semi glosy finished with epoxy polyster based powder paint sprayed and backed at high temperature between powder paint process to ensure smooth finish and protection against corrosion atmosphere. The DB shall be double door type with hinged door with locking arrangement, the DBs shall be same make as MCBs, DB shall be provided with level marking indicating the incoming and outgoing circuits on always as specified.
