Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Cutting branches of trees along side the building at all heights (Upto 10.00 M) including necessary ropes, cutting tools, ladder etc. and clearing the site etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Beyond 30 cm girth upto and including 60 cm girth

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish dumping ground within 50m lead excluding the cost of scaffolding.

Demolishing RCC work including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead:

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

In cement mortar

Removing weeds grown on walls/terrace along with roots,cleaning the spot and pouring the dilute acid so that weed should not grow in future with necessery ladder,ropeand wooden plank arrangement etc all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Dismantling of old S.W. pipes including breaking of joints and bed concrete stacking of useful materials near the site within 50 m lead and disposal of unserviceable materials into municipal dumps :

Cleaning of under ground sump, Over Head R.C.C. Tank (independent staging) including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations:-

(i) Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of slit and other deposits.

(ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water.

(iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine.

(v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank (inside surface area) upto 2000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank, including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account)

Cleaning terrace / Chajjas at all levels by removing dust (dirt), debris if any and disposing the same beyond the TE premises all complete as per direction of Engineer - in - charge (The item includes removal of weeds grown on terrace and also all incidental laboures, materials, tools and plants etc., and nothing extra shall be paid on any account)

Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer?in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
