Supply, installation, testing and commissioning Outdoor type, step down transformer of 315 KVA capacity, level-II 11KV/433 Volts (at no load) AC 3 phase, 50 HZ, double copper wound type core, oil immersed, naturally cooled, oil natural Air Natural(ONAN) with external cooling tubes delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group Dyn-11 with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV) and having tappings at (-) 2.5% to 7.5% @ 2.5% on HV side to changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after cotinuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree celsius in oil as prevalling at site complete all as directed. LT side (secondary side) consisting four Nos porcelain bushing with copper/brass studs, complete with nut & washers complete with copper bus connectors of suitable capacity/fittings material complete.

HT side (primary side) consisting three Nos porcelain bushing with copper/brass studs, complete with nut & washers complete with HT bushing suitable for outdoor mounting of transformer complete.

Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge.strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes.

Dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (silica gel)

Explosive vent & thermometer pocket on tank cover oil level gauge oil drain filter valve lifting lugs oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete air release valve plug and four nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers.

One no 100 mm dia , dial type thermometer vapor pressure type having range 0-120 degree celcius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with resetting device.

Two earthing terminals on transformer body to facitilate for fixing of 50 x 6 mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of neutral and body.

Rates includes extra bushing for neutral on LT side for providing independent set of earthing for neutral 2 Nos.

First filling of new and unused transformer oil , IS 335 marked filtered and tested upto 60 KV dielectric

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth electrode plate of size 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground(earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth strip 32x6mm up to test point with suitable GI nuts/bolts and brazed properly up to main board including earth pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, precast RCC cover in 1:2:4 reinforced with expanded metal, with suitable handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including medium grade GI watering pipe 15mm bore with funnel wire mesh and medium grade GI earth wire protection pipe 50mm bore up to main board complete as shown in electrical plate no 3 of MES schedule Part-I 1991, connected to earthing testing point including taking out existing unsv earthing complete all as specified and testing on completion complete all as directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick burried directly in gorund (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr normal ground level),and top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised means of earth wire 4 mm dia with bolts, nuts & check nuts, and washers of galvanised iron protection pipe light grade of 20 mm dia and watering pipe medium grade of 20 mm dia and filled with alternate layer of charcoal and common salt, watering funnel with wire mesh, earth pit chamber and cover CI frame PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR part-I of 2009 connected to earthing test point all as specified and indicated including all earth work excavation, returning filling and disposal of surplus soil and testing on completion all as directed.

Supply and install HT 11 KV outdoor type gang operated air break switch suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting with drop out fuse having 12 insulator of rating up to 200 amps complete with operating rod GI 20mm dia and handle rubber insulated incl taking down old/unsv GOD air break switch , complete all as directed.
