Upgradation of Pump Room Basement and Rooftop along with allied works at Govt. Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) Bakshi Nagar, Jammu by way of Providing and fixing of GI Pipe50mmdia from Fire water tank to Main water storage tank for supplying water from fire tank to main. Providing, installation, testing & commissioning of three phase 7.5 HP centrifugal Monoblock pump set for providing water supply to main tanks from fire tank. The job includes providing of new pump set of reputed makes like Mather & Platt / Kirloskar / KSB with technical specification- Power 7.5 HP/5.5 Kw, Head- min 36m, Volt -415 v, 3 phase, Insulation -F class, Protection IP 55. MOC- Impeller -SS, Delivery casing -CI, motor body -CI, Pump shaft -SS. The pump must have flatter efficiency curve, wide voltage design, designed to prevent overloading, replaceable wearing parts, dynamically balanced rotating parts, CED coating, mechanical seal.The job includes installation of 7.5HP centrifugal Monoblock pump set along with valves, cables, starter. The job includes carefully lifting the pump set into position. Connecting the suction and delivery pipeline Support the suction and delivery pipe with angle /hangers as required to avoid strain on pump. The job includes installation of 10HP centrifugal pump set along with NRV-3" 01 no., gate valve- 3" 01 no. required MS pipe as per site requirement, cables, starter. The job includes providing and lying of 3 phase cable as per requirement of site for pump set. The job incudes proving and installation of DOL starter for 10 HP pump motor set of make L&T/ Havells/Schneider. The job includes carefully lifting the pump set into position ensure it is perfectly levelling in all directions to prevent undue stress on the bearings and seals with its required foundation.The job includes Providing/fitting of galvanized iron (G.I) cable tray for pump room cables 40 mtr approx. The job includes cost of galvanized iron (G.I) Cable tray, tie rod/Nuts bolts, Fasteners, tools and tackles, padding/shuttering material with labour engaged for fixing of cable tray and cable. The job also includes Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 40x40 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Job includes Providing and fitting of 400Amp Main switch of reputed make like Schneider, Havells, L&T along with replacement of damaged panel with busbar for making connections for Pump room and Emergency block. by way of disconnecting the electric supply, dismantling the damaged changeover panel, providing and fitting of new main switch 400 Amp, 415 Volt, 4 pole with side handle-1 no. of reputed make Schneider, Havells, HPL, L&T. Providing and fitting of appropriate size heavy duty thimbles 12 nos., providing and fitting of PVC tapes, nuts and bolts as per requirements. The job includes removing the cable joints, cutting of damaged cable ends, proper thimbling, taping etc, making all electrical connections and then testing of the Main switch panel at site. Job also includes Replacement of damaged door, windowsof Pump room with whitewash of pump room and minor civil worksalong with electrification of pump room.
