Daily labour charges with bonus( once in a year), for operation and upkeepment round the clock of 4(four) nos. 55KW. Capacity axially split Centrifugal pumping Machinery ( in vertical execution) along with operation of 2 nos.non-clog submersible pump (in emergncy situation when normal supply found insufficient to deliver the required amount of water at WTP or others problem) , 2 (two) nos Vaccum Pumps of 7.5kw, one no dewatering pump, Control Panel board, 1 no Motorised overhead crane having Hoisting, Cross Travel and Long Travel Operation, Electrically and manually operated actuator controlled and hand operated butterfly valves of sizes from 400 mm to 750 mm, including operation of Compounding lighting arrangement & all acessories and ancillaries, Supervision of drawn suction line from river etc along with its equipments by engaging experienced personnel including sweeping & Scavenging of the Pump House complex on daily-basis for maintaining highest level of cleanliness and sanitation.

Daily operation and upkeepment round the clock of 11/0.433KV, 2X315 KVA Sub-station having 2 nos. Transformer ( one indoor and other outdoor) 1 no. 3 panel VCB Panel, C.T.,P.T., Extended L.T. Panel with bus coupler having current carrying capacity of 800 A , Power factor controller etc. complete & all other electrical Accessories and Ancillaries as per instruction and satisfaction of EIC during working hours daily including checking of healthly condition of all draw out feeders daily by Electrician having valid and approprite License (Workmans' Permit), issued by Directorate of Electricity(Licensing Board), Govt. of W.B. or of any other state Govt. of India or by person having ITI(Electrician) Certificate, checking and fault finding of all interconnected power cables laid among different workhouses like sub-station, pumping station, internal distribution wiring and illumination of above stated work houses & findings to be recorded in the log Book and switching ON/OFF of the Indoor and Outdoor Luminaires & other accessories as & when required and sweeping of the sub-station building complex on daily-basis.

Periodial inspection thrice in a month and as & when required by Electrical Supervisor having valid Supervisors' certificate of competency from Directorate of Electricity Licensing Board), Govt. of West Bengal or under any other State Govt. of India along with Pump Technician/Supervisor. Each visit should be recorded in the Log Book (with date and time) to be supplied by the Agency and kept in the Pump House & Sub-station Building. The Supervisor requires to have through/in-depth inspection of all the electrical appliances to ascertain the healthy/ fault free operational condition of each equipment i.e. pumps, Motors,valves with Actuators, flow / level/ pressure instruments, gauges, lightings, waisting arrangements, exhaust fans, HT & LT Panel Boards, Cables, capacitors, Transformer, Battery and Battery charger along with in-house lighting system.

Periodical maintenance by Cleaning of contacts by CRC 226 spray in the existing HT & LT panel board, PDBs, cleaning of all Terminal Sockets, Coils, greasing of pump & motor bearing, filling up lubricating oil, change of gland packing etc at the site once in a month along with minor repairing (if required) of the electro mechanical equipments by supplying necessary sundry materials/electro mechanical accessories as required in presence of Electrical Supervisor/ Electrician and to be recorded in the Log Book with date.

Calibration of all meters viz. Ammeter, Voltmeter, Kilowatt meter etc. and testing of all relays, LT & HT breakers, earthing arrangement system including testing of transformer & AVR oil by any agency approved by Directorate of Electricity/WBSEDCL/Any Power Generating unit, twice in a year (preferably in the month of December and June) and submission of the test report in duplicate to Department in each case as required and as per direction of EIC.
