REPAIR/MAINT OF ROOF AND ROOF SHEETS, LEAKAGE, SEEPAGE OF CHAJJAS AND WALLS AT RS, TIPNIS AND ARJAN AREA, WORK SERVICES FOR GRASS CUTTING NEAR RUNWAY, PTT AND DISPERSAL AREAS AND REPAIR/ MAINT OF DAMAGED/OLD/ UNSV, UG CABLE IN IN-LIVING AREA AND CONN

M & L Water proofing treatment on RCC roof etc. comprising with the following operations and as specified herein below,,complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Taking down existing old tarfelt, bituminous compound, old plaster including cleaning, picking, sweeping and washing down with water and brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg per Sqm & removing debris to a distance exc 100m & n.exc. 250m. (b) 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with liquid water proofing compound (WPC to be measured seperately) as per manufacturer instructions finished even & smooth. (c) Preparing & cleaning of fully dried cement plastered surface. (d) Applying one coat of cold bituminous primer to the plastered surface @ 300 ml per sqm conforming IS-3384 (e) A layer of APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.5 kg per sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above. Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torch application. The over lap shall be minimum 100 mm on transverse direction and 75 mm in longitudinal direction. (f) One coat of aluminium paint over the APP based membrane @ 0.11 Kg/Sqm.

Removal of vegetation/grass etc including cutting holes into or through brick walls/concrete and removal of small trees/woods etc and making good disturbed surfaces with cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0 (Using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate), complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning/Uprooting of vegetation/small trees, muds, garbages, waste etc growth from inaccessible RCC roof, AC sheet roof, below wind tie, cleaning of AC sheet/CGI sheet, valley gutter and shaft portion of wall surfaces, back side of toilet portion and above, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (RCC water tank) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.(reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition), complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc., separation of serviceable materials from the unserviceable, stacking the serviceable materials within 100 m and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish off to a distance not exceeding 100m, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub-class ‘B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specifed and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10mm+5mm each) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4), mixed with liquid water proofing compound with weight of cement in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

M&L 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, rendering finished even and smooth (without using cement) as in ceiling,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L three coats of white washing on newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer to new plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L three coat of white washing on newly plastered surfaces of ceiling including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning the surfaces of brick/RCC using wire brush , brooming down and washing down with water to remove dust etc. and brushing with neat cement slurry @0.5 kg/sqm with acrylic based polymer modified cementitous composite (Pidifine 2K) @ 0.50 kg/sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of approved make (ISI Marked), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:3) using liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions as in sunken portion, complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L PCC (1:5:10) type E-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in filling for sunken portion, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sunken portion, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including nainital or similar pattern roof coverings including ridges hips valleys as in roof covering, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/clading to wall, fixed with self taping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 0.63mm galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugation side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roof, walls etc, with grade of zinc coating 275 as in roof covering/clading to wall or fixed with self taping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/clading to wall/eaves board,hip and valley etc. fixed with self taping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Labour and T&P for cutting grass by mechanically operated slasher including removing of material upto a distance exc 250m & n.exc 500m, obtained from cutting & cleaning, (from the concrete edges,Runway,PTT, Links,ORA shoulders) complete all as specified and directed. (Note : (i) Mechanical slasher (i.e.set of one tractor & Jungle Jim) with POL & MT driver shall be arranged by the contractor and quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive all provisions. (ii) The mechanical slasher shall be operated from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs including lunch break of half an hour, excluding sundays and holidays on requirement basis. (iii) Minimum output of one mechanical slasher shall not be less than 6000sqm per day (grass cutting clear area). (iv) Attendance register shall be maintained by the Engg in Charge for operation of this item and shall be submitted to GE duly signed by contractor, JE and Engg in charge while processing payment of RAR. (v) On any particular day more than one slasher may be provided by the contractor as on required basis. The unit of work shall be measured multiple of job per day.

Labour and T&P for cutting of grass by bush cutter operated slasher including removing of material upto a distance exc 250m & n.exc 500m, obtained from cutting & cleaning, (from the concrete edges of Runway,PTT,Saucer drain etc) complete all as specified and directed. (Note : (i) Bush cutter with POL & operator shall be arranged by the contractor and quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive all provisions. (ii) The bush cutter shall be operated from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs including lunch break of half an hour, excluding sundays and holidays on requirement basis. (iii) Minimum output of one bush cutter shall not be less than 500Sqm per day (Grass cutting clear area) . (iv) Attendance register shall be maintained by the Engg in Charge for operation of this item and shall be submitted to GE duly signed by contractor, JE and Engg in charge while processing payment of RAR). (v) On any particular day more than one bush cutter may be provided by the contractor as on required basis. The unit of work shall be measured multiple of job per day.

Cutting/scraping grass/wild growth and all vegetation etc manually around the runway lights, inaccessible area around runway PTT for jungle jim etc, stacking into heaps and removing off from the premises upto a distance exceeding 250m & n.exc 500m complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- The work shall be carried out on requirement basis during the contract period.)

S & F Sign board rectangular in shape (as per existing sample) made out of 1mm thick MS sheet of size 0.90Mx0.80m (approx) fixed to MS hollow pipe of size 45mmx45mm, 02 Nos, of length 1.50m above GL and 0.45m below GL embeded in and including PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 of size 0.45x0.45x0.60m and necessary earth work, excavation etc complete and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of surface, writting letters/arrows etc of 6 inch height made out of fluorescent strip and fixing on each outer face of sheet with approved adhesive including dismanting of existing sign board of any size, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Sign board rectangular in shape (as per existing sample) made out of 1mm thick MS sheet of size 0.90Mx0.90m (approx) fixed to MS hollow pipe of size 45mmx45mm, 02 Nos, of length 1.50m above GL and 0.45m below GL embeded in and including PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 of size 0.45x0.45x0.60m and necessary earth work, excavation etc complete and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of surface, writting letters/arrows etc of 6 inch height made out of fluorescent strip and fixing on each outer face of sheet with approved adhesive including dismanting of existing sign board of any size, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair fluorescent strip for writing letter/arrows etc of size 6 inch height, fix to each outer face of Sign board with approved adhessive, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness , below or above ground level and disposal of unserviceable materials , debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of gauge n exc 63mm of broken stone or boulders deposited , spread in layers n exc 15 cm thickness , watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specificed and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate )as in plinth protection, hard standing etc surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in (cast in altrnate bays incliding white wash on adjacent face of hardened concrete after removal of formwork ) hard standing etc. finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles, rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M& L Chequered cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 25mm thick with grey cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors etc. laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with sub-class 'B" bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in Half Brick thick walls built in cement mortar (1:4),complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with sub-class 'B" bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in one brick thick walls built in cement mortar (1:6),complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement,complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation of pole / stay, or laying of cable in trenches etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in incl spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE duct pipe of 40mm dia conforming to IS, approved colour complete with fittings for cable protection, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 42.00 above, but 80mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour GI tubing 50 mm bore (light grade) with all fittings for protection of cables, laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed (Make : TATA / JINDAL / PRAKASH) (Note : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

All as per item No. 44.00 above but 40 mm bore (light grade), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down/out unserviceable UG cables of cross sectional area up to 120 sqmm and connections including bricks, GI Pipes, etc of any description, laid in trenches and/or fixing with walls/poles, complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying serviceable LT UG cable any size in trench/Floor/pole including connecting all as directed by Engr- In-Charge.(Note-Excavation and earth work shall be measured paid separately under respective item of BoQ), complete all as specified and directed.
