1 STRUCTURAL DESIGN WORK
Providing and submitting structrual design drawing for steel structural approximte 45m length 3m wide,30m length and other misecellaneous structures as per site requirement and in consultation with the Engineer-in-Charge, and getting the same vetted from IIT/NIT or Govt Institutions. The drawings so submitted shall got approved from the Engineer In Charge before execution of work. Three sets of approved drawing should be submitted to the department after approval. The rate should be inclusive of any revisions of design if necessary.

The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, Light Reflectance ≥ 85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Fire Performance as per (BS 476 pt - 6 &7)in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking T-Grid of hot dipped all round galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @120 gsm) comprising of main T runners of 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross T of size 15x32mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross T of size 15x32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600x600 mm suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel item (galvanised@80gsm) 50 mm long 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm diameter fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main ‘T’. Providing and fixing of steel deck sheet consist of 0.9mm to 1 mm thick deck sheet confirming to IS 277:1992 including G.I. edge trim covered with concrete. This metal deck will be suported on structural steel beam with shear studs of size 19mm x 90mm long at a spacing of 300 c/c etc., as directed Engineer In-Charge. (Structrual Steel like beam, column, joist etc., & concrete of difference grade as per design will be paid seperately)
9 ROOFING WORKS
Designing, Providing and fixing “SELF SUPPORTED” concealed fix aluminium standing seam roofing system , in 0.9 mm thick AA 3004 aluminium grade alloy, comprising of the following layers :For designing wind load calculation shall be as per IS 875 and pull out strength of fasteners for the roofing system to be submitted to Engineer in charge. sound transmission class (STC) report shall be submitted from reputed NABL accredited labs. Contractor shall submit system warranty 15years and Installation warranty 10 year required.
i) Top Layer – 65/400 of Straight / Tapered / curved profiled sheeting manufactured from aluminium grade alloy AA 3004,minimum thickness of 0.9 mm and 25 ±5 µm PVDF Finish and colour as per client/architect choice on the exposed surface and finish as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Sheets areto be laid in single length (straight sheet) to meet the requirement of the building roof geometry . The profile should have 3micro ribs mini ribs to provide additional strength at the pan, and material test certificate (MTC) to be submitted. The support aluminium clip shall be manufactured from extruded aluminium alloy 6061 T6 in accordance with BSEN 755 part 2. Each aluminium clip shall be coupled with a 5mm thick black polyamide thermal barrier base pad. The material properties shall be as follows: Ultimate tensile strength: minimum 200 N/mm2, 0.2% Proof Stress: min 185 N/mm2, Modulus of elasticity: 70,000 N/mm2.Aluminum sheet to be laid in Single length to meet the requirements of the building geometry (straight sheet) and fixed on Aluminum clip and which is fixed to steel with SS-304 screws.
ii) Second Layer: Insulation layer – Roxul/Rockwool Insulation or approved make of 150mm thickness x minimum 60kg/m3 density. iii) Third Layer: Top Hats - Galvanised steel Top hats of min. thickness of 1.6mm and to be installed over the VCL, cement board, with min. yield strength of 240 Mpa and to be fixed with SS Steel fasteners. iii) Fourth layer : Vapour Control Layer -Scrim reinforced Polyethylene film heavy duty type Vapour control layer should be laid providing a minimum water Vapour resistance of 336MNs/g and water permeability of 0.61g/m2/day” having specific weight of 200 gsm v) Fifth Layer: Cement Board/Particle Board - One layer of 12 mm thick cement/Particle board layer to be laid over GI bracket. vi) Sixth Layer: Brackets - Galvanised steel bracket of min. thickness 2mm to be provided over liner, with min. yield strength of 240 Mpa and to be fixed with SS Steel fasteners.
vii) Seventh Layer - Bottom sheet – Trapezoidal Galvalume 0.50mm thick profile sheet of 1050-1050 mm effective cover width and 28-35 mm height ribs with pan at 200-250 mm centre-to-centre. The feed material is manufactured out of nominal 0.50 mm. Total Coated Thickness (TCT), Hi-strength steel with min. 550 MPa yield strength. metallic hot dip coated with Aluminium-Zinc alloy (55% Aluminium, 45% Zinc)as per AS 1397 - Zincalume AZ150 (Min. 150 gms/sq.mt total on both sides) Fixed to the purlins with self drilling screws SS 304 at 500mm spacing. With all required system accessories such as Aluminium clips, flashings 0.90 mm thick aluminium flashing as and where required as per specition of Item for Aluminium standing seam roofing B56syste, eaves, gables, etc., as per shop drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply & Installation of aluminium insulated gutter of 2mm thickness with built-up comprising of cement board, Rockwool insulation or equivalent liner and gutter expansion points @ 12m It includes necessary down take spout with diameter upto 150 mm at required intervals & othe accessories like Cover plate, end caps, and welding at joints. The Girth of gutter would be upto 1800mm Dye Penetration test to be conducted wherever aluminium welding has been done. including all necessary Aluminium flashing 2mm thick. All complete as per direction of Engineer Incharge. a) Insulated Gutter
10 FLOORING / TILE WORK
Providing and laying 25mm thick (+/- 1.5mm ) cut to size granite tiles with all four sides edge bevelled in floor , laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set stone adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 10 mm thickness, including grouting of joints .rates inclusive of spacer of required size. stone Tile shall be manufactured at factory and proper pack with protective coat. a) Size of granite Tile 800x800 mm (Imperial white (Tamil Nadu )/ White pearl granite from Rajasthan)
MISCELLANEOUS / FINISHING WORK
Supply of installation translucent roof with standing seam multicell polycarbonate panel system. The system with complete assembly of co extruded UV protected multicell panels incorporated into a complete system. Co-extruded UV protected polycarbonate panel system of min 18 mm thick of 900mm (min.) width with angular daylighting concept. Panels shall have minimum six layers with truss bridge design for higher flexibility & strength. Panels with opaque and translucent clear combination as per required lux level and design requirements with all fixing accessories to ensure best performance for wind uplift pressure (min 3.5 k pa), vibration, oil canning and visual appearance. Panels shall be manufactured with vertical standing seam at both sides of the panel. Panels shall be fixed on purlin with snap on aluminium connectors with double tooth grip lock locking mechanism and will be secured on MS structures ( will be paid separately ) with 3 numbers self-drilling screws & trapezoid SS fasteners holding the base of the standing seam offering best stability having a pull-out load of min. 7000N (7KN) tested as per ISO 6892:1998 and IS 1608: 2005, as per design requirement. Panels must satisfy dart drop impact test as per IS 14443-97 shall show no sign of breakage on polycarbonate sheets which have been exposed to UV for a min of 500 hours as per ASTM G 155. Panels shall not have yellowness Index as per ASTM D 1925 of 15 units when tested on a sample exposed to UV for 500 hours as per ASTM G 155. U value shall not be more than 2.0 W/m2K as per EN ISO 10077-2:2018. Panel shall be with additional end cap/aluminium U/F profile/ glazing bar for ends as required. Panel shall be fixed over MS structural steel/MS purlin (paid separately) conforming to the detail technical specifications as per approved architectural drawings. Trained and factory authorized labour with supervision to complete the entire panel installation as per drawing & direction of the engineering in charge. Colour: as per approval.Approved make: FLUX by DPI daylighting or approved equivalent. The rate is inclusive of all materials (exclusive MS Structures) labour, scaffolding up to all heights, installation /fixing, applicable taxes, GST etc. all complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.
Supply and installation of 13.52mm thick (6mm +1.52mm DG41+ 6mm) clear tempered Heat soaked tested Glass Partition cum handrail System with Fixtures and accessories using SS 316 L grade steel of approved make . Further the Glass is supported with a 150x50x2mm mm rectangular hollow section of stainless steel 316 grade Post through a compound stem-key which connects the top rail with the post. Further a two rm truss fitting approved make will be used to support the Glass as per drawing. further the Glass would be inserted in bottom slotted SS 316 L U channel having size 30X50X2 mm. The bolt used for fixing the glass would be of approved make and SS 316L grade . A top-rail of dia 50mm will be fixed to the post though stem at 1050mm level and guard level of 50mm dia at 300mm level. All materials Should be SS316L grade with matte finish, executed as per approved shop drawing. The rate inclusive of material, labour, accessories, scaffolding, power, water, lead & lift etc., all complete as per direction of engineer In charge.
Providing & fixing of stainless steel railing- 1200mm high Modular (weld free) balustrade & handrail system, 50.8 mm dia x 1.6mm thick handrail fixed to balustrade of 50 .8 mm dia x 1.6 mm thick with top adapter( neck) type with 2nos of M4x10mm Allen CSk Screw. The balustrade fixed to top of the straight or RCC slab by epoxy grout.The balustrade C/C 1000mm.The height of the handrail 1200mm from FFL. Two no of Ø16mm x 1.5mm thick SS Mid rails will be fitted to the balustrade with offset rod holders by M 10 anchor fastner, base plate 165 x65x6mm thk.,Complete with all end cap,Mid span sleeve, Articulated rod holder. All the material of handrail, balustrade and components and fastner should be of Stainless Steel 316 grade satin finish and all complete as per drawings and as per direction of Engineer incharge.
Aluminium Composite Panel cladding (ACP) Design, Supply and fixing Aluminium composite panel made out of 4mm thick aluminum composite panel comprising of Aluminum Skin of Minimum 0.5mm of 5005 Alloy, coated with KYNAR 500/HYLAR 5000 PVDF based fluorocarbon resin and Lead free Coating of approved finish +3mm thick noncombustible mineral based polymer core compliance to A2, s1, d0 As per En13501-1, ASTM E119 and NBC Guidelines 2016 +0.5mm aluminum skin of 5005 Alloy with service coat bond with either Sandwich or co extrusion process. Overall weight of the panel shall not be less than 8 kg per sqm. Fixed using Aluminium framing, stainless steel 316 grade screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, non-streaking / nonbleeding weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc. The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with hot dip Galvanized finish with Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts. Aluminium as framing material and shall be anodized to 15 microns as specified. Necessary Aluminium framework for fixing ACP panel in position as per drawing. Fixing of ACP panel of main frame as shown in elevations & section drawings. Gaps up to 10 mm between the peripheral ACP panels and masonry / R.C.C. / Stone shall be sealed by inserting adequate size of backer rod and non-staining weather silicon. Guarantee of weather silicones used for ACP cladding works shall be submitted by the contractor to cover all risks against any failure of ACP for a period of 10 years to Engineer-in-Charge on completion of the works. The detailed shop drawings of ACP cladding works shall be submitted by the specialized agency before execution and got approved by structural consultant / façade consultant through Engineer-in-Charge.
The finished surface shall be protected with a self-adhesive peel off foil with 80 microns thickness (white or black) tested to with stand at least 6 months exposure to local weather condition without losing the original peel off characteristic or causing stain or other damages on the coated surface of the Aluminium composite panel. If the stain or any damage noticed after peeling off by the fabricator, such panel should be replaced with new one of the same shades and color, at no extra cost. The entire system should be integrated with the Stone Cladded surface of the entrance vestibule and make the system airtight and watertight. The fixing details should be got approved by site-in charge. Frame work: Mild Steel hot dipped galvanized (60 microns) C brackets of size 75mm x 50 mm x 6 mm with slot of 8mm x 15mm are fixed to the existing RCC columns/walls or any other backing surface. Aluminium hollow section / tube of size 38mm x 50mm of 2mm thick shall be fixed to these brackets both vertically and horizontally by using M6 x 75mm stainless steel bolts and nuts. The framework can easily be aligned for plumb and straightness panel fixing.Weather Silicon: Non-Staining Weather sealant should have minimum tearing strength 4.0N/mm, shore A hardness 24 (ISO 868), joint movement capability +30% (As per ASTM C-920), one part natural cure. The sealant shall be DOW CORNING or equivalent. The silicon weather proofing sealant is designed for sealing expansion Panel Fixing: Composite panels are cut to size, routed, corners notched and bend as per the dimensions specified. After the panels are bend Aluminium cleats of size 20mm x 20mm by 50mm length are fixed to the edge of the panels by using Aluminium pop rivets. The panels are fixed to the framework by using 2 nos. stainless steel screws. The gap between the panels (both vertical and horizontal) are filled with backer rod & non stain weatherproof silicon sealant of Wacker, Dow corning or GE silicones.
The measurement of the composite panel cladding shall be taken in square meter correct to two places of decimal. Only the visible finished surface area of ACP cladding will be measured for payment. Rate shall be inclusive of all type of folds / returns required to form a panel. The rate shall include the cost of all materials as above like cost of Fr grade ACP sheet, Aluminium framing sections with 15 micron anodic coating, M.S galvanized brackets, silicon, tools, ladders, scaffolding and labour involved in all the operations described above including cartage, safety, lifts and all taxes & duties as applicable.anel cladding (ACP)

Quoted rates inclusive of necessary scaffolding, staging, labour, fasteners and screws (SS 316), Sealants, transports, cranes, lifting equipment’s, power, water and all applicable taxes etc., complete. Internal Frameless Glass Swing Doors 12.52 mm with PVB Interlayer:- Design, Supply and fixing frameless glass swing doors with toughened laminated glass 12.52 mm Thick consist of 6mm FT(Heat Soaked) + 1.52mm PVB Interlayer + 5mm FT(Heat Soaked) Laminated Clear glass unit using approved make SS patch fittings such as top patch, bottom patch , Handles, Locks, seals and concealed floor mounted springs etc complete. Providing and fixing of Approved Make or equivalent make Hollow metal fire rated doors confirming to BS 476 part 20& 22 , IS 3614 part-1 & part-2 for stability and integrity with Pressed Galvanized steel confirming to IS 277 with doors tested at CBRI/ NABL approved lab for maximum rating of 2hrs tested Glassused for vision panels to be supported by certificates confirming the required fire ratings /panels being a part of the fire door assembly. The Doors should be finished in Thermosetting Powder Coating desired RAL Shades and Fire Coating primer with VOC Content for Flat: <50g/l, non flat: < 150 g/l. All Hardware should pass European certificate "CE" of conformity / UL with required fire ratings. Door frame shall be double rebate profile of minimum size 154mm X 77 mm made out of min 1.50mm minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. NDRF 154x77 Frames shall be Butt jointed and field assembled with self bolted.All provision should be mortised, drilled and tapped \for receiving appropriate hardware. Frames should be provided with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening. Door leaf shall be minimum 49mm thick fully flush double skin door with or without visionlite. Door leaf shall be manufactured from 1.0mm minimum thick galvanized steel sheet.The internal construction of the door should be rigid reinforcement pads for receiving appropriate hardware. The infill material shall be mineral wool treated with Viper FRS 881 LH/ Honey Comb Paper. Providing and fixing of sign with basic dimension 3000x1000x200 mm . internal structural frame made from 50x50x2 mm MS box section hot dipped galvanised PU painted (RAL 9011). The structure to be fixed on the wall with proper fixing arrangement.200mm deep portal has to be fabricated from 5 mm thick cell cast acrylic, with Yellow Pantone 116C Vinyl Stuck over it. Primary channel letters 50mm thick and Secondary profile cut letters 10mm thick, 3D cut letters in black glossy opaque cell cast acrylic to be mount on rear Sign facia as per drawings submitted. Acrylic facia to be cut and to be removed in front LCD screen. FIDS / DSS screen to be suspended from VESA mounts fixed to the substrate. Vendor to investigate the materiality of the substrate as per site conditions and specify the mechanical fasteners accordingly. FIDS/DSS Vendor to provide VESA Mount and provision to fix the screens on the wall. Signage Contractor has to coordinate with FIDS/DSS contractor for detailed mounting arrangement of Screens and other devices (Remote Reset Unit, RJ45, IPC & power socket) to confirm the final signage structure dimension.
Providing and fixing of illuminated sign with basic dimension 2100x575x50 mm with sign frame 50mm x 2.5mm (Wall thickness) wide powder coated, colour RAL 9011 Aluminium extrusion to receive the sign face. Provision of openable cable access to be provided in both structural suspenders. Suspenders with specs 25x25x2mm Stainless Steel 304 grade hollow sections mounted on slabs/beams/walls. Vendor to integrate all ventilation, hardware, electrical and data requirements. Provision of openable cable access to be provided in both structural suspenders. Sign face shall be fixed to sign frame with VHB tape in one side and Hook & Loop tape from the other side so as the panel be easily openable for maintenance. Sign face is 5mm thick double side UV coated white 040 cell cast arylic with vinyl pasted over it as per grpahics. The sign shall have minimum lumen output of 12680 lm using LED module suitable for 240 V/50 Hz operation, with electronic controllers etc. (ST-2.1a)
