REPAIR/MAINT OF HT INFRASTRUCTURE AND TRANSFORMER AND ALLIED CONNECTED WORKS RMU VCB ETC AT CH CC ECHS SHO BH AREA UNDER GE E/M LUCKNOW

Opening the unserviceable transformer & drain out the oil from the transformer & taking out the unserviceable parts from the transformer incl cleaning the transformer oil tank, painting the one coat of zinc coating and refixing the same after repairing the unserviceable parts incl refilling the transformer oil , replacing the all gaskets of the transformer etc and testing complete as specified and directed of the following capacities. Note- (i) Rep of GE will visit the three times to workshop, Ist time after opening the transformer and second before filling the transformer and third during the full load testing . (ii) Transformer oil and unserviceable part will be paid in respective items. (iii) Cutting the all HT/LT coil in front of GE rep or deposit the unserviceable HT/LT coil in MES store and will be collected old copper/aluminium winding after saitisfaction of transformer running.

Rewinding of the HT coils of the transformer with DPC (double paper cover) copper wire as per existing gauge & turns including all materials as per manufacurer norms and varnishing, heating and making connections complete in all respects of the following capacities :-

(a) 400 TO 750 KVA

(b) 200 to 315 KVA

Rewinding of the LT coils of the transformer with DPC(double paper cover) copper wire as per existing gauge & turns including all materials as per manufacurer norms and varnishing, heating and making connections complete in all respects of the following capacities :-

(a) 400 TO 750 KVA

(b) 200 to 315 KVA

Dehydration of old transformer oil of proper dielectric strength including centrifuging of oil to the required dielectric strength above 40 KV in all respect of the different capacities of the trasformer including filling of required capacity of new oil for topping of the transformer etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: New oil will be paid under respective item of the schedule.

M&L for painting of the transformer complete by removing old paint by scraping and providing spary painting with approved synthetic enamelled paint all as specified and directed.

S&F breather assembly with new silica gel of transformer of 100 KVA to 750 KVA as per existing make/size/model etc complete all as specified and directed. Note - Size of silica jel assy should be as per IS

M&L for taking out the breather assembly and taking out the unserviceable silca gel from breather and cleaning the breather in all respect and filling the new silca gel of approved Make all as specified and directed.

S&F LT 433 V bushings with oil seal of suitable size & models for the transformer of the capacity 100 KVA to 750 KVA capacity all as specified and directed.

S&F HT 11 KV bushing with oil seal of suitable size outdoor model for the transformer of 63 KVA to 750 KVA capacity all as specified and directed.

S&F LT 433 V brass rod as per existing size/dia/model for the transformer of the capacity 100 KVA to 750 KVA capacity all as specified and directed.

S&F HT 11 KV brass rod as per existing size/dia/model for the transformer of 63 KVA to 750 KVA capacity all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down oil from conservator in seperate oil container and taking out unserviceable oil level indicator and replacement of new oil level indicator as per existing size/ type /make / model and refilling the same oil and testing etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F tapping switch assembly of 11 KV as per existing size/type/make etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply and topup new transformer oil (Naphthenic) for topping in transformer as per IS -335/IS 12463 (1998)

S&F in repair gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe of size 25mm bore incl taking down old one as per existing make and type etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the all electrical componant from transformer and opening the top cover after taking out the bush/stud and replacement the all gasket and oil seal of bushing and top cover and rectify the leakage of transformer oil in all respect as directed by Engr-in-charge of capacity 100 to 750 KVA transformer.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0mm thick, burried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate, using GI strip 32 x 6 mm as earth strip electrode bolted or rivetted to earth plate at one end and connected to equipments at another end, GI earth strip encased in and including 40 mm dia GI 'light grade' pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipments,20 dia bore GI pipe 'light grade' as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of earth plate, Test point , GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, duly reinforced with MS TMT bars 8mm dia @ 100 c/c both ways with 10mm dia MS round bar as in lifting handles, excavation, earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor/wall all as described in electric plate of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion. Note :- If the desired earth resistance is not found, earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department.

Cleaning the sub station/transformer/two/foul pole structure around and in area of the fencing yard of sub station area and taking down unwanted material/grass/ vegetable roots/small tree etc and removal from site all as specified and directed.

Material,labour and T&P for disconnecting the HT/LT connection of the transformer from pole/in side sub station/plinth and taking out the trnasformer from poles/plinth/inside the sub sation and shifting the same as directed place with the help of hydraulic/crane and making the connection of the HT & LT side as directed at any location in the cantt area incl testing complete as directed . Note- Contractor will provide the crane & man power within one hour after recieving the whatsup/mobile phone/massage/email etc. If contractor fails to provide the crane/man power within one hour, the amount @ Rs 800 per hour will be deducted from his dues.

Supply, testing and commissioning weather and vermin proof LT feeder pillar box (Panel board) factory fabricated out door cubical/kiosk type totally enclosed made out of 3.15 mm thick sheet metal enclosure of as per 15:5039/1983 partially type tested with angle iron frame of M.S. angle 50x50x6mm suitable for operation on 3 phase 4 wire, 440 volts 50 HZ system with hinged panel doors (covers) on two sides with handles, bottom gland plate and locking arrangement consisting of sufficient Nos of circular cable entry holes at bottom only with suitable PVC/rubber/wooden bushes of prevent ingress of water/vermin etc inside the enclosure, the required nos of holes to be fixed with chromium plated brass cable glands for cable entry and exit complete with necessary internal wiring with stranded copper conductor PVC insulated cables of adequate size, duly spray painted grey hammer tone with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of grey or any other approved colour, including connecting ,testing and comparing of following Note- Panel board will be fixed on PCC foundation 60 cm above the ground

Prediodical servicing of air circuit breaker and disconnecting the electrical connection from unserviceable parts and taking out the unserviceable material from the ACB and supply and fix the new material as per existing make/model/capacity incl cleanding and greasing fixed and movement parts etc complete as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The rates quoted by the contactor shall include cost of any other spare parts not mentioned herein but essentially required for functioning of the system.(ii) Unit rates quoted by tenderers shall deem to include for, bolts, washers, lugs, thimble, wires and petty items required for efficient and smooth functioning of the equipment without any extra cost to the Govt.

Prediodical serving RMU of 11 KV rating every month fixed/ moving contact & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing of all moving parts,gas charging, tighting of all joints nut,bolt,washer, removing the moisture by jel/heating system and replacement of defective components as per existing make / model / capacity of VCB incl connecting the all electrical connection and caliveration of relay,testing the high voltage,timing & CRM etc complete all as specified and directed. Note - (i) The above job to be carried out by OEM (ii) Replacing of minor spare parts under rs 1000 cost included in the quoted rate. (iii) If any defect occurred , the contractor will provide mechanic with in one hours for rectification of defects. If the contractor not provide the machanie and material with schedule time, the amount will be deduct 100/hrs after receiving phone/massage/ watsup /email etc complete as specified and directed. (iv) Other part which is not included but requierd for functioning of equipment is included in the quoated rate &The contractor shall arrange for the standby supply for testing of relays, (v) Contractor visit the site before quoting the tender (vi) If any accident occured during the working. The contractor full resposible for settelement of any dispute.

M&L for defect rectification of HT 11 KV cable laid in trenches by locating faultmachine with help of electronic fault locating machine, comprising of surge generator pules, ECHO fault locator with high freequency distance calculator for cable of any size XLPE 11 KV, complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for fixing Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm including taking out the old unserviceavle joint all as specified and as directed.

M & L for fixing Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for Indoor type termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm including taking out the old unserviceavle joint all as specified and as directed.

M & L for fixing of Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable ofsize 95 sqmm including taking out the unservicable joint as specified and as directed.

Servicing and calibration to 11KV HT VCB/(SF-6 type) complete with the following:- (a) Taking out 11KV HT VCB/(SF6 type) of 630/800 Amps rating trolley from HT Panel after switching off electric supply . Checking the mechanical system of equipment and cleaning & servicing the fixed/ moving contact & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing and reassembling the VCB/(SF6 type) and testing complete after switching one the VCB as directed. (b) Taking out relay set (2 Nos over current & 01 No earth fault relay) of any make from HT11KV VCB/(SF-6 type) panel and cleaning the contact (NO+NC) by CTC solution and adjust the contact and calibrate the relay by relay testing kit & proper plug setting as per reqd load & time delay and fixing the relay set in HT panels complete all as specified and directed

Rubber mats anti skid type chequered and moulded in natural synthetic rubber to withstand 15KV of size 2Mtr x 1Mtr and thickness 25mm , ISI marked all as speciifed and as directed

Repair to Voltage Stabilizer, servo type of capacity 100 to150 KVA at site including carrying out maintenance check along with the following other repairs: (i) Dismantling of voltage stabilizer top cover for replacement of unserviceable parts without lifting core assembly. (ii) Assembling of voltage stabilizer after replacement of unserviceable parts with new serviceable parts as ordered by Engr in Charge. (iii) Fixing of top cover after repair and testing up to entire satisfaction of Engr in Charge. Notes : (a) The labour for spary painting include in quoted rate against this item. (b) Any minor repairs involved to make the voltage stabilizer functional if notified by the Engr-in-Charge shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

M&L for painting of two pole/four pole structur including cross arms,chanel etc complete structure after scraping old paint with two coats synthetic aluminium paint after applying one coat of zinc oxide primer complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables, pipes etc. and getting out including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material ( soils) not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material and labour for river sand, washed and screened dry for cushioning to under ground cable in trenches below and around under ground cable including spreading and levelling complete as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness shall only be considered for payment

M&L for Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class EHV, type 1 with peak, size 450mm x 230mm x 50mmn trenches for cable protection all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying or fixing in replacement, jointing and testing HT under ground electric power cable crossed linked polyethylene ( XLPE) insulated, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, ISI marked , with aluminium conductor multi stranded , heavy duty 11000 Volts grade of size 95 sqmm cross sectional area, 3 core ,complete all as specified laid in trenches/ laid under floor or fixed naked with walls / on poles/ in ducts /in GI pipes etc. with and including MS Clamps, nuts , bolts, washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying or fixing in replacement, jointing and testing LT under ground electric power cable crossed linked polyethylene ( XLPE) insulated, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, ISI-7098 Marked, with aluminium conductor multi stranded , heavy duty 1100 Volts grade of size 185 sqmm cross sectional area, 3.5 core ,complete all as specified laid in trenches/ laid under floor or fixed naked with walls / on poles/ in ducts /in GI pipes etc. with and including MS Clamps, nuts , bolts, washers complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection bricks/ tiles/ block and pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items.

All as per item No 46 above but of size 240 Sqmm 3.5 core

Supply and fix switch air break gang operated triple pole mechanically operated mounted on insulator & steel frame with operating mechanism including spring loaded mechanism set of three working from ground level, including locking arrangement of Current rating up to 400 Amps (Vertical type), 11000 volt. complete all as specified and directed.
