Material and labour for attending Day to Day complaints of urgent repair works to internal water supply / sanitary fittings such as, blockage of water pipe lines, attending leakages of water supply pipe lines, fixing of float valve in repairs, clearing the Air lock / less pressure of water in vertical GI/PVC lines of buildings, replacement of washers including supply of washers in all types of taps /fittings and any other urgent repair works as directed by JE as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by EIC. NOTE:- (i) Services shall be provided for attending and completing complaints on same day on urgent basis by providing technician with safety gadgets, tools and necessary equipments as per govt norms and as directed by Engineer in charge. (ii) The services provided under this item with necessary technicians(at least one plumber) during the period 0800 Hrs to 1700 Hrs with 1 hour lunch break on each day shall be meausred as One Job for payment purpose. (iii) The rate quoted under this item shall include provision of plumber as directed above with all necessary tools and plants along with spares, as required at site. (iv) All the items required in completion of this job will be supplied by Engineer in charge as per requirement.. (v) In case if services are not attended in any particular day / time penal recovery @ double the quoted rate will be effected from the contractor for that day.

Material and labour for attending Day to Day complaints of urgent repair works to Repairing, Easing & refixing of doors, windows, ventilators, cupboard, for day to day urgent required works. carpenter to be provided to concern JE, for works like taking down of doors / windows / ventilators/cupboard/window glass, Easing & refixing in same opening etc, material like hinges, screws of any type, rubber beads, door stoper are included in the job all as specified and any other urgent repair works as directed by JE as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by EIC. NOTE:- (i) Services shall be provided for attending and completing complaints on same day on urgent basis by providing technician with safety gadgets, tools and necessary equipments as per govt norms and as directed by Engineer in charge. Repair and maintenance of mason work of buildings, to attend day to day complaints of mason on urgent basis and all other mason work required to keep the buildings in proper functional condition to the entire satisfaction of EIC. Mason to be provided to concern JE for attending complaints any other urgent repair works as directed by JE as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by EIC. (iv) All the items required in completion of this job will be supplied under relevent items of this BoQ. Material and labour for welding in repairs to steel windows / ventilators /doors/gate/small articles exc 2.5 cm but not exc 5.00 cm in length and thickness of metal to be welded nexc 6mm including cutting out decayed members of the joinery,replacing of damaged builders hardware etc and refixing the same with necessary material (repalcement of glass pane if shall be measured and paid seperately)any length and thickness of metal to be welded as per site requirement ,painting touchup etc complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Work shall be executed up to the height of seven stories building.

Preparation of old concrete surfaces of any description and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint in different colours as in kerb stone painting complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing powder coated aluminium section as in frame/shutter for windows/ventilators (sliding or openable), door, partition etc including styles & rails with standard anodized aluminum section, with one or more rebates including aluminium snap beading (wall thickness of aluminum section not less than 2mm), complete all as specified and directed (Glazing and aluminum hardware shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply and fix, as in repair, steel window, box type, primer coated, 1.00mm wall thickness, with glazing bar and openable shutter prepared to recieve sheet glass, complete including cutting holes four Nos. for taking down the window ,making good dismantled portion in PCC (1:2:4) complete all as specified and directed. Note: Glass panes & painting shall be measured & paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

Supply and fix in repairs Vitreous China wash basin pedastal type, white, flat back, size 510x400x 225mm with full pedestal height 820 mm excluding taps but including brackets, cutting for and pinning brackets or errecting stands /rockbolts to fixing all as specified .

Cutting screwing existing GI pipes of 15/ 20mm dia replace with 15 / 20 mm CPVC pipe SDR 11 on roof / wall or laying in floors including all CPVC fittings like elbow, tee, socket, reducers for addition/alterations of pipes upto 1 mtr length (max. : G+5 concept including provision of scaffolding to work ) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing chromium plated waste coupling for wash basin and sink, of approved quality and colour waste coupling 32 mm dia of 125 mm length, weighting not less than 60 gms make all as specified and directed.
