Supplying all tools,tackels & lowering of 200 mm dia MS ERW casing pipe of 6 mm wall thickness including welding charges,cost of pipe etc all complete as per instruction of EIC

Providing andfixing M.S clamp of required dia to the top of casing / houseing pipe of tubewell as per IS: 2800 (part), including necessary bolt & nuts of required size complete 200mm dia

Providing of Rigid PVC pipe 50mm outer dia conforming to IS:4985 specification(6kgf/sqcm)

Providing and fixing suitable size threaded mild steel cap or spot welded plate to the top of bore well housing/ casing pipe, removable as per requirement, all complete for borewell of: 200 mm dia

Providing of Nylone rope 12mm dia

Supplying 150 mm dia submersible pump sets confirming to IS 8034 and motor confirming to IS 9283. Pump shall be suitable for various delivery head and discharge with stainless steel pump shaft and polypropylene/ noryl impeller. Motor suitable for working on 415V+10%, 5.0PH, 50 Hz, A.C. supply with cable guard, thrust carbon/ fiber bearing to withstand entire hydraulic thrust, water proof winding shall be provided. The pump set shall be suitable for direct coupling. Pump shall have suitable outlet as per manufacturers design. Anti thrust stream lined Submersible Pump 150 mm dia (with Bronze impeller) up to 20 stages

Supplying and installation / commissioning fully automatic star delta starter control panel to operate submersible pump/mortor working on 415 V, 3 phsase, 50 Hz with over load ON -OFF push button, voltmeter, ammeter, single phase preventer BIS approved make and necessary materials suitable for 3 phase, 5 hp submersible pump/ motor including transport, carriage complete as per EIC.

Supplying flat flexible submersible cable with copper conductor, PVC insualted & PVC sheathed (3 core 4 sq. mm)

Lowering and commissioning of submersible pump in the deep bore well with rigid PVC pipe, all accessories ect. Complete including cost of labour but excluding the cost of materials and fittings (Cost of pump, cable, rigid PVC pipe, control panel to be paid separately)
