Removing White and colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preapring the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete .DSR No. 13.88

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. DSR-13.80

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm). DSR- 13.41.1

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS :2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on bothfaces of shutters: 30 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws DSR 9.21.2

Extra for providing lipping with 2nd class teak wood battens 25 mm minimum depth on all edges of flush door shutters (over all area of door shutter to be measured). DRS No. 9.23

Providing and fixing bright finished brass tower bolts (barrel type) withnecessary screws etc. complete :200x10 mm DSR 9.74.2

Providing and fixing bright finished brass door latch with necessary screwsetc. complete :300x16x5 mm DSR 9.75.1

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete : (copper oxidized as per IS: 1378) 300x16 mm DSR 9.62.1

Providing and fixing bright finished brass handles with screws etc.complete: 125 mm DSR 9.81.1 each
