Excavating and removing the existing mixed compacted garbage which underwent biological degradation in the land portion allocated/earmarked by Cumbum muncipality and spraying with microbial innoculam for sanitizing and stabilizing the excavated mass,seiving them using mechanical sieving machine or any other equipement at the cost of the bidder and disposing the materials recovered through the biomining with the proper field measurement to the identified vendors including the cost of segregation, cost of equipments and plants, cost of man power and cost of marketing and disposal, cost of stabilishing temporary structure to store the recovered material at site till the time of disposal, cost of erection of plant machinaries such as bulldozer, earth moving equipment,tromel, belt onveyor,shredder etc., as necessary to disintegrate and segregate the legacy waste through bio mining by keepng this site eco friendly by conrolling odour including cost of Bio culture, elctrical poer consumption and other fuel consumption etc., complete as per the direction of departmental officers.the entire segregated materials shall be sold / disposed with fifteen days the bidders should be maintain the ambient quality with in standard prescribed and the activities should not attract any public complaints as per Anna University reports.
