Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc.

M&L for brick work built in cement mortar (1:6) with sub calss B bricks old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius complete all as specified.

All as per srl item No 2 here-in-before but except bricks Note : Serviceable bricks obtained from Sl item No 1 shall be re-used in the work after cleaning.

M&L for brickwork with sub class 'B' Bricks, Straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in Cement Mortar 1:4

Raking out joints/pointing to masonary or brick work in single detatched joints for flashing etc in cement or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Flush pointing in brick work (top and sides of drain) in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified

Taking down cement plaster (in patches) on brick or stonewall including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified.

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on concrete and brick work surface and finishing surfacefair and even without using extra cement.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick/concrete surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for preparing the new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on walls complete all as specified and direcrted.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded agg) as in coping/benching of manhole including use of necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified.

All as per item No. 12 above but depth exceeding 1.5 mtr and not exceeding 3.0 mtr

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exeeding 1.5 m above the starting point

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as levelling course below tiles complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for chequerred cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick , set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments in floors laid over and including screed bed 15mm in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level).

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement including provision of construction joints complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and as specified.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

All as per above item No 31 above but restraining, resecuring including making good staples etc

M&L for MS galvanised punched type concertina coil of 600mm coil dia or any other coil dia size any type of strands rails etc including provision of mild steel (annealed) binding wire as in repairs complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling cast iron work of any description

S&F MS work as in gates, ladder, cooler stand etc as directed including embeding in concrete and all necessary drilling holes bolting or riveting welding notching for wire etc and similar work conforming to grade Fe-290 or Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed

S&F MS screw bolts machine made with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut 5 to 10mm dia meter of neck exc 5cm but n.exc 10cm long as specified and directed

Dismantling posts or struts (wood Steel or RCC) any section including taking down embeded portion in concrete and making good disturbed ground complete

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type

M&L for excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each not exc 0.5 cum getting out and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m including returning filling and making good surface all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling & mass concrete for Post/Pillars etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors, etc to be prepred for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fitting (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running, also fasting and fixing complete. Fe 290 (Gde E-165)

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, heavy zinc coated (Hot Dip) of 4mm nominal dia of wire and mesh of size 100mm x 100mm conforming to IS: 2721-2003 complete all as specified in clause 10.34 on page 214 & 215 of MES SSR - 2009, Part-I and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire. complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing man hole for connecting new drains,making good to pipe and rendering,cutting out existing benching for and formingbranch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished or reforming benching as required for 200mm internal dia of pipe.

S & F Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the surface over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Supplied and fixed in repairs vitreous china WHB, white, flat back size 550x400mm including cutting for and pinning in ends of bracket or erecting stand with and including angle iron brackets, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat red oxide zinc chrome primer cast copper alloy capastan head C.P brass pillar tap fency type 01 No 15mm bore, CP brass waste coupling 32mm dia, PVC waste pipe 32mm dia and PVC connection 600mm long high pressure with PTMT nut complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 75mm dia of outlet Cast iron floor trap, with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 as in repair all as specified.

S&F in repairs, vitreous china squatting pan, 'Orissa’ pattern of size 580mm x 440mm white with integral foot rest and flush pipe incl provision of concrete bedding etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Vitreous china white wash down water closet (pedestal pattern) including PVC sheet cover, Jet and connection to drain or out going pipe and to flushing pipe anti-syphonage pipe etc, fixed as in repair, complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs PVC low level flushing cistern of cap 10 ltrs including PVC flush pipe for squatting pan fixed to wall ISI marked completed with brackets and accessories fixed as in repairs in lieu of CI high level cistern after removing the same including. GI flush pipe and making good to disturbed portion complete matching with existing surface and Making GI pipe connection from Railway type push cock to low level complete.

S&F in repairs 15mm bore chromium plated bib tap cast copper alloy with crutch or butter fly handle screwed down screwed for iron pipe and fixed to 15mm bore pipe any description complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Stop valve/angle cock cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe of bore 15mm fixed as in repairs.

Removing the manhole cover (CI or RCC) opening any type of manhole rectangular/circular of depth not exceeding 3m, taking out liquid/sludge/solid contents from the manholes/sewage line of 100 mm dia pipe by mechanical pumping making it fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including removal of sludge / solid contents outside the cantonment area and re-fixing the manhole cover to its original position complete all as specified and as directed for 100mm bore pipe line. Note : (i) Length of pipeline shall be measured from centre to centre of manhole and cleaning manholes is inclusive in cleaning pipe line. (ii) Manhole of depth more than 3m shall be measured and paid under respective items here in after. (iii) Contractor has to provide all necessary safety wears & protective equipment to the labours engaged. (iv) Work will done only when one supervisor is present at site who will be responsible for ensuring safety of the labours engaged.

Note:1 Working in foul conditions. After dewatering, sewage systems shall be allowed to dry . 2. Sewage/ sullage shall be removed in closed container mounted on vehicle. 3 : Work shall be carried out as and when required. 4. Wk will done only when one supervisor is present at site who will be responsible for ensuring safety of the labours engaged.

M&L for Cleaning amd desilting of manholes depth not exeeeding 1.50mtr depth by pumping out/removing liquid waste /sewage and plugging the ends sewer pipes of diverting the flow into drain if necessary removing silt,sludge etc. sparking olaaching powder on the silt to avoid bad smell including all precautionary and safety bmeasures, such as safety belts,lighting arrangement face mask etc and removing the same(silt sludging & Other materials ) in leak proof treucks covered with tarpoline to outside of MD land all as per existing rules and regulations of civil authorities and cleanning the manholes with fresh water etc compare all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning the chocked /blocked in EWC/IWC/Urinal/Bathroom and kitchen sink including gulley trap, nahani trap and removing of sludge /spoil waste to a distance exe 100m and testing of same after cleaning complete all as specified and directed.
