Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Hydropneumatic System Pumps (3 working + 1 Standby) of 30 Hp capacity including its baseplate, vibration isolation pads, lifting hooks, anchor fasteners, etc complete in all respect.

Providing and fiing in position 200mm SS 316 grade manifold for suction and delivery header with blank off SS 316 flanges on both sides of the header including SS nut bolts, washers and rubber gasket.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Pre-charged diaphragm pressure vessel with interchangeable membrane, charging connection, connected to outlet header with necessary flanges, gaskets, isolating valves, nuts/bolts etc. complete (size of pressure vessel shall be 500 liters (approx.) or as per manufacturer recommendation) tank 10 Bar etc complete.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of VFD operated electrical control panel with for approx.25Hp-30Hp pump with PLC based system and works on the pressure sensing with pressure switch and water level control in UG and overhead tanks, control panel for all VFD operated pumps including Type II coordination for bypass arrangement incase of failure of all VFDs, electrical cables, lugs, glands and its terminations, feather touched LED / LCD screen panel for operation Control panel should have Over current, over voltage, surge, earth leakage and phase protection, BMS compatible for programming, PLC based VFD for the frequency control as per the demand flow, pump running and fault and capable to communicate with other controllers following MODBUS-RTU or BACNET Class-2 protocol through RS485 port. System should be capable to compensate for frictional losses at lower flows. All alarms should be displayed in the controller. System should be equipped with dry running protection etc complete in all respect.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Float sensors in UG tank for non operation of pumps during low water level

Providing and fixing in position Gun metal heavy duty Air Relies Valve Hawa make conforming to IS 778 with screwed female end including testing and commissioning. Etc complete.
