WORK OF CONSTRUCTION OF DG SET SHADE AT 132 KV S/S SHERKOT/AFZALGARH/NAGINA UNDER ETD DHAMPUR.

Construction of shade for 63 KV DG set for safety of DG set from summar/rain, work includes grouting & fabrication of 08 Nos. 2.5 Mtrs. long vertical square shape support from 65X65X5 mm G.I. angle and welding a piece of 12 Nos. angle Iron of 65X65X5 mm in the bottom of support. Excavation of 08 Nos. vertical support 1:2:4 cement, coarse sand and 20 mm stone ballast in proper level & alignment. Fabrication of top structure from 50X50X5 mm of 65X65X5 mm. G.I. angle 06 nos. having size of 1.25 Mtrs long (V shape) and 04 nos., 3.5 Mtrs. long (Horizontal shape) G.I. angle from pieces welding it with vertical support to make a frame of hut type painting the structure with one coat of Red oxide and two coats of black synthetic enamel paint. Supply and fixing 6 mm. thick G.I. sheet roofing in position with ridges & vulleys fixed with j-bolts. Note-G.I. Angle provided by the U.P.P.T.C.L. free of cost.
