Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Copper Refrigeration Pipe line for liquid and suction line including vaccumiazation and Nitrogen of testing of following nominal size of soft/hard drawn copper refrigerent piping for Package/ Ductable/ Concealed Split/ Room AC system complete with fittings with adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing/ brazing including accessories suitable for DX System of air-conditioning, duly insulated with XLPE class-O tubular insulation/ with Class- O closed cell Elastomeric Nitrile Rubber tubular insulation having 40-55 kg/cu.mtr. density of 9mm thickness for suction and liquid lines including protective coating on pipes exposed to sunlight as well as charging, complete with all accessories as per specification etc. as required & as per direction of E.I.C with proper medning good the damages to original finish. Supply & laying of XLPE insulated copper control cabling (7 Core x 2.5 sqmm. flexible copper cable) between indoor to outdoor unit with necessary cable conduit & fittings. The cabling shall be bundled properly and shall be properly aligned with the refrigerant piping.(Make Havells/ Polycab/KEI/Gloster)

Supply & Pouring / filling of refregent:-

Supply & pouring / filling of rerigerant R32 / R410 refrigerant gas for AC machines incl. testing and commissioning of complete machines with all indoors, outdoor units, electrical, remotes etc. incl. pressure testing with nitrogen and vaccumiazation

Canvas Connection:-

Supply, Fixing,testing and commssiooning of fire retardant nonporous double layer flexible canvas connection between each indoor unit and duct/grill along with proper nut bolt joint for isolation of vibration (Design to be approved & as directed by E.I.C)

SITC of Air Distribution Work:-

Supply and Fixing of linear type AIuminium powder coated continuous supply air grills with VCD (Make: /Premier/Systemair/ Air Enterprise/ Caryaire) (Design to be approved & as directed by E.I.C)

Supply and Fixing of linear type aluminium Power coated continious return air grill without VCD (Make:Premier/Systemair/ Air Enterprise/ Caryaire) (Design to be approved & as directed by E.I.C)

SITC of Factory Fabricated Pre-Insulated SMART PIR Flat Oval Sandwitched Ducts, CNC machine cut Ducts made of SMART Pre-Insulated PIR(Poly Isocyanurate Rigid) Panels(20mm thick) complete CFC & HCFC Free sandwiched between aluminium foil on both the sides [with Internal side Embossed Aluminium foil of 80 Micron Thickness and External Side Embossed Aluminium foil of 200 Micron Thickness (Anti microbial, Anti fungal, Anti corrosion and UV Protection coating)] and close cell not less than 95% Rigid Cellular foam insulation of thickness as specified below and material shall be Class O as per BS 476 Part 6 & Part 7 with 2 hours fire rating, with Density of 46 kg/m3 & above for insulated glass wool duct board and should have Thermal Conductivity 0.033 W/mK at 10 deg. C temperature, Water absorption shall be not more than 0.03% as per EN 13403 standards for ducting and the panel should be Green Pro & GRIHA Certified. The duct work should be capable of handling pressure upto 1500 Pascals.The joint between the ducts shall be done by means of PVC slide in-type joints between the duct to prevent any air leakage or metal Coupler system with Special Reinforced tape & Tiger clamp between the ducts or any other suitable jointing arrangement as approved by E.I.C. Ducts supporting arrangement shall be factory fabricated Modular hanging/supporting system comprising of channel, threaded rods & clamps or wire & hanger support system, coupling, fitting, anchor, GSS nuts/bolts, gaskets etc. as per direction of E.I.C. Installation to be carried out by Manufacturer's installation team only. [Make- Aswa Insulation/P3/Aura/GP Sipra/Vent Air/Ductofab as approved by E.I.C]
