Supply & Delivery of 2.0TR capacity R410A/R-32 Refrigerant Gas concealed type Split Air Conditioner of rated cooling capacity of 24000 BTU/hr. with 1No. Rotary compressor, 1no. IDU and 1no. ODU of rated power supply of 230V, 1ph, 50Hz. Air-flow/per IDU:- 800CFM. (Make: Hitachi / Daikin/O-General)

Installation, testing and commissioning Charges for 2.0TR concealed type Split Air Conditioner on prefixed iron frame & mending good the damages.

REFRIGERANT PIPING: Supply,laying, testing of hard/soft copper refrigerant piping, complete with fittings, elbows, bends, supporting arrangement on walls and 13 mm thick closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber insulation for Concealed split AC as follows :

15.88 mm OD with minimum thickness 1.15 mm

6.32 mm OD with minimum thickness 1.15 mm

DRAIN PIPING: Supply & laying of 25 mm dia PVC / HDPE hard pipes fitted with nitrile rubber Insulation and other accessories such as bends, elbows, tees, flanges, tappings, wall sleeves, hangers, supports, anchors etc.

Supply & fixing of Fire redendent Flexible double canvass connections for packaged air-conditioners

GRILLES AND DIFFUSERS:

Supply & Fixing of extruded aluminium powder coated supply air grills & diffuser with VCD and any fittings & accessories as per the specification (Make : Primer/Dynacraft/ Systemair)

ELECTRICAL CABLING: Supply and laying of PVC insulated unarmoured 1.1 kV grade 3 Core 2.5 sq.mm Cu flexible wire from indoor to outdoor unit with necessary fixing arrangement. (Finolex/Polycab/Havells)

FRAME WORK: Supply, fabrication & fixing of 2 Nos. M.S Equal Angle of 6mm thick of Size (50mm X 50mm) of 1 mtr length for making platform for installation of outdoor unit of 2.0 TR concealed type Split Air Conditioner incl. drilling 2nos hole in each channel including making necessary arrangement as per site condition as per direction of EIC.

Supply and installation of VI pad for ODU Unit

Lifting Charges for Indoor & Outdoor units after making scaffolding arrangement as required.

Supply and Charging of R 410A/R-32 - Refrigeration Gas to commissioning the abover Air Conditioning Unit.

Charges for drop ceiling and painting as per specification i.e drop ceiling made with 12.5mm thick Gypsum plaster board including G.I. perimeter channel of 0.55mm flush (having two flanges 20mm and 30mm, respectively and web 27mm) along with perimeter of ceiling with G.I. Intermediate channel. This intermediate channel made by 0.9mm thick (size 45mm x 15mm) placed at 750 mm centre with G.I. angle of size 25mm X 10mm X 0.55mm thick fixed to the ceiling with G.I. Cleat and steel expansion fasterner ceiling section 0.55 thick of size 51.50mm X 26mm fixed to the intermediate channels with the help of connection clip.

The direction of perendicular to the intermediate channel of 300mm center to center 12.5mm thick Gypsum plastered board are to be fitted under ceiling section as above by machine screws.

The board are to be joined and finished with jointing compound, paper tapes and application of top coat etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes of cost of all materials including taxes cost of accessories, fittings and fixtures, scaffolding and labour charges etc. complete)

Terms and condition

The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.

Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill.

If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules
