THREE TRACK WINDOWS : Supplying and fixing 3 track sliding powder coated with SS mosquito proof mesh (weatherproof) aluminium glazed windows with frame/track and shutters using 1.20mm thick/standard M/s. Jindal aluminium sections for track and shutter frames includng with 5mm glass manufactured by M/s. Saint Gobain/Modiguard, rubber beading, gasket, locking handles and fixing in position using all required hardware and aluminium accessories etc., complete all specified and directed by the Officer-in-charge. Note: The rate is deemed to include for (a) All wastages & for providing a stool/ladder for fixing the aluminium windows. (b) providing silicon sealant alround the new aluminium window from both inside & outside & packing tightly to avoid entry of rain water. (c) Clear window opening shall be measured for payment (d) The top fixed glazed portion of the windows (if existing) shall have an alround separate section with necessary supports

Dismantling of the existing brick masonry walls of any description and carting away the debris outside the premises to place not objected by the local civic authorities including all lead, lift, tolls, labour etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Removing of the existing filled sunken material of any description using manual or mechanical means and carting away the debris outside the premises to place not objected by the local civic authorities including all lead, lift etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and Constructing burnt brick masonry wall of required thickness in cement mortar 1:4, using table moulded bricks of first quality, conforming to relevant IS, including necessary curing etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying water proofing chemical coating for slab using suitable waterproofing compound of first quality approved brand manufactured by M/s.FOSROC/ Roff/BASF/ Dr. Fixit all as per manufacturer's instructions etc., complete as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note:(1) Porous concrete surfaces if any to be filled up with PCC 1:2:4 using 6 /10 mm stone aggregate with water proofing liquid compound (2) The bare slab/floor, junction between floor and wall/beam should be finished with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with waterproofing chemical. (3) Work has to done after high spots, dust & cleaning, washing down thoroughly with clean water and drying (4) water leak test should be done by stagnating water

Supplying and laying antiskid ceramic tiles for flooring of size 300mm X 300mm first quality, conforming to relevant IS, Manufactured by M/S. kAJARIA/.Johnson / Kajaria / Nitco / RAK /Somany /Naveen and laid in cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive in average 3mm thickness of first quality, approved brand conforming to relevant IS and joints neatly finished with colour matching pigment. The existing floor shall be properly hacked & cleaned before laying of tiles etc. complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge Note: The rate quoted for the item deemed to include for a) slope corrections, wherever necessary b) wastages

Supplying and fixing glazed ceramic tiles dadoo tiles of size 300mm x 450mm or bigger size of first quality, conforming to relevant IS, Manufactured by M/S. kAJARIA/.Johnson / Kajaria / Nitco / RAK /Somany /Naveen fixed in cement slurry, over a backing coat of Cement mortar 1:4, 15 mm thick and curing. The joints shall be neatly finished with white/coloured cement using matching pigment and shall be neatly maintained etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The rate quoted for the item deemed to include wastages

Supplying and filling light weight material in sunken portion of bathroom and compacting the same including all lead, lift, tools, labour etc., complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Preparing the existing painted surfaces of walls/ceiling by scrapping, sand papering, cleaning and Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2.0mm of first quality, manufactured by M/s Birla/Asian for walls surface to prepare the surface even and smooth including necessary repairs to cracks/scratches etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note: Rate quoted is deemed to include for a) Providing and removal of scaffolding wherever necessary b) Covering doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect from paint splashes c) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joineries, electrical fittings etc and leaving the premise clean and tidy.
