Resurfacing the bituminous surface and rectifying undulations in paver block area at additional berth inside Green Gate at VOC Port Trust

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 Kg. per Sqm. on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical brooms including cost of bitumen emulsion, labour, T&P etc., complete as per clause 503 of MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Dense bituminous macadam to the required thickness with 100-120 TPH Hot Mix Plant producing an average output of 75 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with Bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5 Percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) Clause No.505 complete in all respects including cost of bitumen, labour, materials, T&P etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete (BC) to the required thickness with 100-120 TPH Hot Mix Plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with Bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 Percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) clause No. 507 complete in all respects including cost of bitumen, labour, materials, T&P etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One part of cement, One and a half parts of Coarse sand & Three Parts of graded stone aggregate (i.e.) 2 parts of 20mm nominal size graded metal & 1 part of 10mm nominal size graded metal) using 20 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., and excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement grills for all RCC works in all floors upto full height of the building etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Form work including centring, shuttering, (shuttering Planks shall not less than 38 mm thick) so as to give a rough finis h shuttering and propping etc., in all floors upto full height of the building and removal of the same for in situ RCCwork such as beam, slabs, lintels, sunshade etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating and placing in position of M.S / Tor steel grills for R.C.C works in all floors including cost of Steel, cutting, bending, binding with 16 Gauge GI Binding wire and placing in position etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Removing and relaying the existing Paver Block with required thickness compacted bed of river sand over the PCC, compacting and proper inter locking of paver blocks in the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver block to the required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand etc., including all labour, tools & plants, conveyance excluding the cost of Paver Block & River sand etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One part of cement, 4 parts of Coarse sand & 8 Parts of 40 mm nominal size metal ) for foundation using 40 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing, Supplying and Laying of Pre-cast Cement Concrete Block of size 200mm x 100mm x 100mm for heavy drive road ways and heavy loaded truck parking area of required strength of M-40 grade made with suitable vibratory method mould, laid in requireddesign & patten at site over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Filling in basement with river sand 15 cm thick in layers including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Removal of cut stone slabs / RCC cover slabs including all labour, tools, equipments etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Re-fixing of cut stone slabs / RCC cover slabs including all labour, tools, equipments etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Preparation and surface treatment of formation by removing mud and slurry, watering to the extent needed to maintain the desired moisture content, trimming to the required line, grade, profile and rolling with 8-10 tonne smooth wheeled roller, as per clause 310 of MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) and as dirceted by the departmental officers.
