Construction of 125 mm Dia Machine Drilled Hand Tube Well with allied works at 132KV Grid Sub Station Bathan Khrew Pampore District Pulwama

Boring/drilling of 125mm dia well of required dia for casing/stariner pipe by suitable method prescribed in IS: 2800 (part I), including collecting samples from different strata, preparing & submtting strata chart/bore log including higher & running charges of all equipemnt tools, plants and machineries required for the job all complete as per dicretion of engineer-in-charge upto desired depth as per annexure enclosed below ground level (all types of soil). The job includes supplying, assembling loweing fixing in vertical position in bore well, ERW (electric resistance welded) FE 410 mild steel plain ended casing pipes of 125mm dia, confirming to IS 4270 of reputed make including painted with out side surface with two coats of antcorresive paint of approved brand and manufacture including required higher and labour charges, fitting and accesories complete for all depths as per direction of site incharge. Development of tube well with back wash method with air compressor of minimum capacity 1000 CFM (300PSI air delivery system) with suitable arrangments till well is throughly develolped in all respects as per the directions of site incharge Engineer

Providing and laying of circular cement block of 1.5 mtr dia and 0.3 m deep in a mix of 1:3:6 to adequate the strength to act as sanitary block for the well and grout the hand pump assembly in order to make it robust to resist shock load observed while pumping. The block comprises mud mat of 4 inch hight and then laying of 8 inch cement concrete with suitable drainge.

B. Electrical Works Providing fitting and commissioning of single phase submersible type pumping unit along with allied jobs. Complete details of the job are as under: i) P/F/T and commissionig of single phase pumping equipement with following specifications: ii) Discharge = 800 Gph iii) Head = 80 mtrs iv) Speed = 2900 Rpm v) Motor Rating = Suitable for above specification. The pump motor is coupled together with a steel coupling. The job includes lowering of the submersible pump equipment. It includes P/F of MU-G strater for motor rating and as decided by site engineer.

Providing and fitting of 32mm dia GI Riser of 10 feet length each inlcuding heavy duty sockets

P/F of 05 KVA single phase automatic voltage stablizer (Dry Type)

P/F of submersible cable 4 Sq.mm, connecting pumping unit with motor starter

P/F of 5mm steel wire rope for holding sub type pumping unit

P/F of 32mm dia MS holding clamps fabricated out of 10mm thick MS plate with nuts and bolts

P/F of Reducer (2No.) 32mm-15mm, assorted nuts and bolts. Job also includes providing and fitting of 32mm dia GI Bends……02 Nos.
