Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 12mm to 20mm HBG downgraded metal machine crushed for raft foundation including cost of cement, all materials, labour, curing, all leads, lifts, cost of shuttering as per standard specification etc., complete.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 12mm to 20mm HBG downgraded metal machine crushed for column below ground level including cost of cement, all materials, labour, curing, all leads, lifts, cost of shuttering as per standard specification etc., complete.

Plastering 1:5, 12 mm thick on both sides of brick wall including the cost of all material, scaffolding charges, cement, labour charges, all leads, lifts etc., as per standard specification.

Painting two coats with exterior emulsion paint over one coat of white cement of best quality for inside wall including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, labour, all leads & lifts etc., complete, as per standard specification.

Disposal of excess of surplus earth away in low lying area with a head load lead 100m and lorry lead of 5 km including spreading, levelling, labour, leads, lifts etc., complete, as per standard specification.
