Supply, errect, test and commissioning DG set 15 KVA "KOEL GREEN" or as per OEM air cooled diesel oil three phase engine directly coupled with "KOEL GREEN" Make AC alternator 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz & 0.8 P.F. self excited self regulated desiged to run at 1500 RPM 12 KW/15 KVA DG set with acoustic enclosure (sound proof) as per central pollution control board (CPCB-II) approved DG set with single AMF panel comprising of 25 Amps 4 pole contactor relays wiring ammeter, volt meter CTS for incoming and out going battery charger, indicating lamp for three phase for incoming and out going battery health indication, buster tickle indication copper control wiring control panel, KWH meter, pf meters shall be digitial type fuel tank not less than 8 hours operation control wiring between battery/DG set and AMF panel foundation etc. Make : KOEL GREEN (Kirloskar) /Mahindra & Mahindra/Jackson/Jyothi. Integrated acoustic enclosure having proper air circulation with the help of suitable Nos of exhaust fan as provided by the manufacturer.

Alternator : - Standard design alternator of 15 KVA net output at site as per site condition conforming to BS 5000/IS 4722 at power factor 0.8, 415 volts 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 cycle per second, 1500 RPM, horizontally mounted, continuous duty type self excited, self regulated, brushless, AC synchronous, with dust proof advance electronic voltage regulator to ensure voltage accuracy within 1% , 50 Hz, 415 volts, 1500TPM screen protected, suitable for class 'H' insulation and SPDP enclosure directly coupled with the engine through flexible coupling, confirming to IS-4722-1952. Diesel driven engine : Multi cylinder, vertical, 4 stroke, air cooled, self starting, suitable to develop matching BHP at 1500 RPM as per IS-10000 Part-II 1980, capable of taking 10% over load for any one hour in 12 hours of continuous running and suitable for 50⁰C ambient temp as per IS 1002/BS-5514 with accessories comprising the following :- (i) Suitable coupling. (ii) Fly wheel with starter gear ring & self starter. (iii) Fuel pump with filters and houses,. (iv) Lube oil pump with filters and hoses. (v) Suitably design silencer. (vi) Enginer safety measures (hooter alarm, display and trip) against low oil pressure, high temperature and high speed item continued as serial No 1.02

DG set controller relay shall be programmed for :- (a) Display of P-P voltage, P-N voltage. (b) Display of current on each page. (c) RPM engine. (d) Display of frequency on each page. (e) Display of power factor on each phase. (f) Display of KW, KVA, KWAH & KVAH. (g) Display of hours run. (h) Display alarm, hooter and tripping for short circuit, over load, i-coolent temp, low tube oil pressure, low fuel level. Base frame :- As supplied by manufacturer combined for engine and alternator, made of MS channel of sturdy design to ensure proper alignment with necessary reinforcement to ensure minimum vibration in DG set. Daily service fuel tank :- as supplied by the manufacturer, made of sheet metal, having a capacity not less than 8 hours continous running of DG set, provided with locking arrangements and with drain valve, air vent, fuel level indicator, inlet and outlet connection with suitable size of flexible hose pipe between engine and tank as per Engineering practice complete. (i) Essential tools :- Essential tools for above mechanism shall be as per manufacturer's recommendations-01 set. Item continued as serial No 1.04

(ii) Maintenance manual :- Manufacturer's maintenance and operation manual of both engine and alternator with cat part No - 01 Set. (iii) Emergency stop push botton installed outside capony of DG set - 01 No. (iv) Testing and commissioningof DG set in presence of rep of manufacturer and IEM which includes water load or resistance load test of engine for 12 hours continuous running on variable load as detailed in particular specifications. Note : (i) Cost of suitable arrangment required for water load or resistance load test including fuel and lube oil etc shall be borne by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt. (ii) Platform/foundation work for DG set is deemed in the quoted rate. (iii) Any extra accessories required related to air cooled DG set are deemed to be include in the quoted rates.

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables, heavyd duty 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All per item No 2 above but 10 sqmm 2 core Note : Excavation not required - To be run through wall inside shop.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L fine sand (river sand) spread in trences for cushioning of cable 8 cm thick under the cable and 15cm over the cable for protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L brick protection with sub-class 'B' bricks laid dry flat 230 x 115 x 75 mm cross the cable for protection to cable after sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in_Charge. Note:Punned thickness shall be measured for payment.

M&L for 50mm dia galvanised tube, 'light grade' galvanised with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel work as in bands, straps, supports or stays, clamps, including welding, beinding cold or hot drilling holes in any shap or size as indicated and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory made LT cubical panel - (Approved by CPRI) indoor type, platform mounted, totally enclosed dust and vermin proof, openable from both front and rear side, made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet couple including chamber/portions to mount following electrical accessories and built upon 50 x 50 x 5 mm anlge iron frame work, having front and rear hinged doors, lifting lugs (02 Nos), provision for earth stop connection, bottom detachable gland plates, connecting using suitable size of zinc plated and passivated nuts, bolts, springs and washers. The cabinet and all members should be chemicall treated with anti-corrosive chemicals and apply spray paint with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. The panel should be suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system and shall be provisioned with 200 Amops capacity solid copper bus bar having 1100 volts grade, coloured heat shrinkable sleaving, internal connection should be provided with aluminium strip of suitable size and necessary grouting/foundation all as required at site and comprising following :- INCOMER (a) Supply and fix MCCB, 4P, 440 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 cycles, rating 32 Amps, 16 KA- 01 No. (b) Change over switch 32 Amps 4 pole - 01 No. (c) R-Y-B healthy indication lamp - 01 set. (d) Digital voltmer and ammeter with suitable CTs. Make : AE/L&T/HPL. OUT GOING FEEDERS (a) MCCB of 4 pole of capacity 32 Amps with breaking capacity of 10 KA-01 No (for emergency DB, TPN, No 1). (b) MCB SPN, 32 Amps - 01 No (for emergency DB, SPN, No 2).

All as per item No 11 with following components :- INCOMER (a) Supply and fix MCCB, 4P, 440 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 cycles, rating 32 Amps, 16 / 2 KA- 01 No. (b) Change over switch 32 Amps 4 pole - 01 No. (c) R-Y-B healthy indication lamp - 01 set. All as per item No 11 of size 1000 x 0.600 mm x 0.300 mm with following components :- INCOMER (a) Supply and fix MCCB, 4P, 440 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 cycles, rating 32 Amps, 16 KA- 01 No. (b) Change over switch 32 Amps 4 pole - 01 No. (c) R-Y-B healthy indication lamp - 01 set. All as per item No 11 of size 1000 x 0.600 mm x 0.300 mm with following components :- INCOMER (a) Supply and fix MCCB, 4P, 440 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 cycles, rating 32 Amps, 16 KA- 01 No. (b) Change over switch 32 Amps 4 pole - 01 No. (c) R-Y-B healthy indication lamp - 01 set. (d) Digital voltmer and ammeter with suitable CTs. Make : AE/L&T/HPL. OUT GOING FEEDERS (a) MCB SPN, 32 Amps - 06 Nos (for emergency DB, SPN, No 1 to 6 in CA shop and for emergency DB, SPN, No 1 to 5 (one spare) in RG shop)

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edged of the palte not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanised iron earth strip of size 25x4 mm by means of bolt, nut, check nut and washer of galvanised iron of steel protected by galvanised iron pipe of 40mm bore light grade, inclduing funnel, 20mm dia bore galvanised iron pipe light grade for watering, wire mesh, charcoat or coke and common salt in alternative layers all around the earth electrode compacted thickness 15 cm including excavation and earth work, PCC (1:3:6) type C2, CI pit cover, including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, complete testing on completion, all complete as shown in electrical plate No 3, SSR Part-I (2009) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : - (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least one metre away from the earth pit and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) XPM shall be used in RCC cover in lieu of steel reinforcement bar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F double door metallic sheet metal enclosure conforking to IP-42 for DB when MCBs to be used SPN 8 ways, 240 volts with 200 Amps rated bus bar connected with suitable lugs complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCB SP 240 volt 6 Amp to 32 Amp 10 KA capacity having C-curve characteristics connected with suitable lugs complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCB SPN 240 volt 16 Amp to 32 Amp 10 KA capacity having C-curve characteristics connected with suitable lugs, connected with suitable lugs complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with 2 x 4 sqmm PVC insulated singlecore unsheathed stranded copper conductor drawn in to existing conduits including continuous running earht wire by 1 x 4 sqmm PVC unsheathed singlecore stranded copper conductor connected to common earth dolly including plastic terminal boxes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rigid non-metallic PVC conduits of 20mm, fixing on wall/ceilings/steel sections including of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and all fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks continuous complete all as specified and as directed.
