Reconstruction work of the Mudila-Mirzapur connecting road

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53 mm to 22.4 mm sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, Type B screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per SQM on the surface treated with primer cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. (Including cost of Bitumen VG-10)

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm average thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates VG 10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. (Including cost of Bitumen VG-10)

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C, as per Technical Specification Clause 510. (Including cost of Bitumen VG-10)

Construction of Shoulder with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts upto 1.50 m tramsporting to site, spreading, grading to required stope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.1 and 300.2b with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.50 ( Excluding Royaltiy)

Constuction of Culvert :Excavation in foundations in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5m. (5fts.) and lead upto 30m. (100fts.) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-incharges upto a distance of 30m. (100 fts.) from the foundation trenches. As per SI No. 251

Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 fine sand : 8 graded brick aggregate 40 mm. nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete, also including cost of formwork in foundation and floors. as per SI No. 281

Providing and laying dry brick ballast (O.B.B.) under and half round of the pipe including cost of all materials T&P etc complete.

First Class brick work in 1 : 4 cement and course sand in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per SI no 305(b)

Stuck pointing in 1:2 cement and fine sand mortar on brick work including supply of all materials, labour and T and P etc Requuired for proper completion of work as per S.I No. 574.
