Dismantling of damaged Kota stone including disposal of unserviceable material outside municipal limits

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation in 75 superstructure above plinth upto floor 2 level in cement mortar 1:6 including all carriages mechanically/manually complete job.

Providing and applying of acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture two or more coats including preparing of surface sand preparing and carriage complete.

Providing and applying of cement sand plaster on walls 15mm thick in 1:6 mix including carriages.

Providing and fixing of 12mm thick plyboard ceiling including jamp work of 1st class budloo wood 2”X1 ½” and nails complete.

Dismantling of ceramic glazed tiles including disposal of unserviceable material as desired by site Engineer.

P/f of 1st quality digital wall and floor tiles conforming to IS:13753 o minimum thickness 5mm of approved make like NITCO, Orient, Somany, Kajaria or equivalent make in all colour, shades except begundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-charge in skirting, risers of teps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3( 1 cement, 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Wiring for the following light points &exhaust fan points with 1.5Sqmm PVC insulated copper wires of approved make in concealed or surface mounted PVC conduit including providing and fixing of 6 Amp single pole switch of approved quality in modular grid plate and GI box and Earthing of fixtures and the outlet box with 1.5sqmm PVC insulated copper wire (make havells, anchor, GM, or equivalent approved by the site engineer )

Wiring for 240 volts single phase and neutral 16 amps switched socket outlet with 4 sqmm PVC insulated copper wire in concealed or surfaced mounted PVC conduit including providing and fixing of 16amp 3 pin switched socket of approved make with modular grid plate and Earthing the third pin of socket outlet with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper wire complete as required (make havells, anchor, GM, or equivalent approved by the site engineer ) .

Providing and fixing white color anodized aluminum work partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions at top, bottom and slides with required PVC/ neoprene felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P brass/stainless steel screws, complete)

Providing and fixing of 19mm thick ply board racks and shelves of required size and shape including cost of beedings complete job.
