Schedule 'A' Part I - B/R Portion

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to 25m height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Chipping of unsound/ weak concrete material for 20-25mm average thickness from slabs, beams, walls, columns etc. with manual chiselling and/ or by standard power driven percussion type hammer including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris to a distance n.exc. 50m complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge

For rusted metal (iron base) Apply & supply of Sika Rustoff 100 or equivalent of Fosroc/Dr Fixit rust remover with brush for complete wetting of rusted metal surface and allowed to react it for 16-24 hours.After 24 hours, a white layer will appear which will protect further corrosion of metal / steel for about 5-7 days including surface preparation and errection of steel porps. Before applying protective coating, the surface should be wire brushed and thoroughly cleaned for dust with dry cloth, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge Note: Work to be executed by the authorised applicator of manufacturer only.

Providing and Application of Sika Armatec 108 or equivalent of Dr Fixit/BASF as passivator/ Anti corrossion coating to the steel reinforcement shall be applied . The material shall be two component,cement based polymer modified two component coating for corrosion protection.The material shall be prepacked and ready to use. It shall be fully compatible with the reinstatement methods adopted complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.This shall include surface preparation and errection of steel porps as required for the application. Note: Work to be executed by the authorised applicator of manufacturer only.

Appplying & supply of two component solvent free epoxy bonding agent Sika Sikadur 32LP or equivalent of Fosroc/ STP for bonding old to new concrete . The ready to use epoxy bonding agent shall be applied over old concrete using brush after cleaning of surface of all dust or latiance.The material is supplied as a two part material in preweighed quantities for ready onsite mixing and use. The material shall exhibits the following properties Compressive strength 50 N/mm2 at 7D Flexural strenght 35N/mms at 7 D , Shear strength 10N/mm2 at 7D and Tensile strength 20 N/mm2 and Bond Strength of 10N/mm2.The new concrete shall be placed within the open time as specified by the manufacturer to ensure maximum bonding and application shall be as per the manufacturer instruction , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Work to be executed by the authorised applicator of manufacturer only.

Providing and Applying Sika Monotop top 122 F or equivalent of FOSROC/BASF, ready to use single component high strength polymer modified cementitious repair mortar in 25 mm thickness.Water /Powder ratio shall be as specified by manufacturer so as to achieve the following parameters:- . 28 days Compressive Strength >=50N/mm2 Flexural strength at 28 days >= 5 N/mm2 Note: Work to be executed by the authorised applicator of manufacturer only.

M&L for filling the existing cracks on plastered surfaces of walls using Dr. Fixit Crack-X Shrinkfree or Sikagard 694 F(I) or equivalent compound including preparation of surfaces before application by opening the cracks and cleaning off the dust, dirt etc. for ease of application of paste all as per manufacturer's instructions and making good surfaces all as directed. Note: Work to be executed by the authorised applicator of manufacturers only.

M&L for providing and fixing grouting nozzles and injecting Sikadur 52 or equivalent of Fosroc/BASF. a high strength epoxy resin injection through the nozzles under pressure using grout pump to fill all possible pores and gaps left within the concrete mass, all as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge .The process shall consist of :- 1.Drilling Holes: Drilling holes in structural members at the intervals as per recommendation of Engineer in Charge. 2.Cleaning of holes: Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. 3.Fixing of Nozzles : Insert 12 mm dia., 50~75 mm long injection packers in cleaned holes with structural grade epoxy adhesive. 4. Supply and apply a shrinkage free low viscous epoxy resin based injection grout. 5. Cutting of Packers/Nozzles: Cut the packers by cut of wheel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

Applying of SikaTopseal 107 or equivalent of Fosroc, a two components ready to use polymer modified cementatious coating certified for portable water in three coats with glass fiber mesh of =>45 GSM . The thicknessof coating shall not be less than 1.5mm including cleaning of entire tank walls, soffits etc as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

Supply and apply Sikagard®-550 W Elastic, one part, plasto-elastic coating based on UV-curing acrylic dispersion with excellent crack-bridging properties, protective coating system to achieve DFT (Dry Film Thickness) of 150 microns in two coats after application of one coat of Silane Siloxane modified Primer on concrete surface including Surface preparation by high pressure water jet or manually as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge in recommended RAL Shades. Primer: Sikagard®-551 S. Consumption: 0.125 kg/m2. Coating: Sikagard®-550 W Elastic. Consumption: 0.2 kg/m2/coat in 1 coats. System requirements: diffusion coefficient CO2 (µCO2) >= 2.5 x 105; diffusion coefficient H2O (µH2O)> = 2.5 x 103; Crack-Bridging Capacity as per Class IT according to ZTV SIB 90-TL/TP OS. The Product should be in compliance with Standards Test according to ZTV SIBOS-D II from the Polymer Institute dd 16.10.01 Nr. P2438/P2436.

S&F high strength deformed TMT steel bars 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or by welding appropriately to existing bars all as specified and as directed.

Cutting down the plants/ trees of girth n.exc. 15cm from roof tops/ sides of external walls of building, chajja, wall junctions & at junctions of rain water/ waste water pipes including taking out the roots entered in to wall/ slab surfaces; making good surfaces with PCC 1:2:4 type B0 or cement mortar (1:2) including repairing the GI/ CI/ PVC pipe joints which were affected due to cutting/ taking out process after applying suitable herbicide including making good the disturbed surfaces to match the adjoining surfaces complete with necessary scaffolding/ staging/ Jhula etc, with all necessary safety precautions up to 7 storey height complete all as directed and as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron of mild steel work of any descriprion not other wise provided for.

S&F for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

M&L for preparation of new/old steel surfaces and apply two coat of Anti corrossive paint over a coat of anti corresive primer.

Schedule '' Part I - E/M portion (Internal Electrfication)

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip 25x4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and other end of earth strip connected to main switch board/LT panel and protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 15mm bore and water pipe 20 mm bore GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover with handle all as specified and shown in elect plate complete all as specified.

M&L for test point terminal block made out of gun metal 75 mm x 75 mm x 25 mm drilled and screwed including three Nos 8mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screws and including provision of suitable MS box made out of 3 mm thick MS sheet to accommodate the terminal block all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for laying GI pipe 40mm dia heavy gradeISI Mark with all fittings such as elbow, bends, sockets, nipples ,flanges, unions, clamps and including enamal paint double coat etc and fixed complete laid in trench/wall all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-1, using 20mm graded aggregate for repair damaged plinth protection area including necessary form work as per site and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing aluminium strip 25 x 3 mm fix on porcelain insulator for roof conductors and down conductors above ground level as lighting conductor (including insulater) complete including removal of old unserviceable earth strip.

Supply and fixing Air termination, single pointed Copper Rod 12mm dia and 300 mm long as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and filling of LED Aviation Light Luminaires suitable for over head tank IP 65 operating input voltage range is 100-270VAC complete all as specified and directed.

Schedule '' Part I - E/M portion (Water Supply)

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exc 1.5m in depth getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exc 1.5 in depth getting out soft disintegrated rock complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in thick using excavated soil complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil/rock to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying GI tubings heavy grade dia ISI Mark with all fittings such as elbow, bends, sockets, nipples ,flanges, unions, clamps and including enamal paint double coat etc and fixed complete laid in trench/wall for the 100 mm dia all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .
