PROCUREMENT & LAYING OF HUME PIPE FROM CH.00 M TO CH. 1450.00 M
Item No.1:-Providing and supplying Ductile Iron pipe (Class K-7), ISI marked spigot and socket pipe with internal cement mortar lining and external zinc coating with finishing layer of bitumen (Conforming to IS 8329:2000), 1 no EPDM Gasket per pipe (conforming to IS 5382:1985) including all taxes & duties, landed at site in Assam.
Item no.2:-Laying, jointing, testing and commisioning of DI Pipe (Conforming to IS 8329:2000) along with DI fittings etc. complete including supplying of all materials / labours / equipments etc. and as per instructions of the Project Incharge / Standard Technical Specification. (The rate is for all leads and lifts).

ESTIMATE FOR EARTHWORK IN FILLING IN EXISTING CC LINED CANAL FROM CH. 0.00 M TO CH. 750 M for pipeline support
Item No.1:-Earthwork in filling in all soils in plinth, canal embankment and bed filling as per design section and grade by truck carriage for a minimum distance of 4 km including paying compensation of earth obtained from private land if any loading, unloading, spreading the same including light jungles, removing trees upto 15 cm dia and uprooting roots and stumps etc. from the seat of the embankment, breaking clods not more than 10 mm cube, ramming, profiling etc. with all lift , complete as directed.(Pyments will be made after deduction of 12.50% shrinkage from the gross quantity).
CONSTRUCTION OF PEDESTAL SUPPORT FOR PIPE IRIGATION NETWORK
Item No.1:-Labour cost for dismantling of old CC canal lining/Brick work and carriage of the materials and depositing the same in a safe distance as directed. Carriage up to lead of 30 M and lift upto 1.5 M.
Item no.2:-Earthwork in excavation in irrigation canal to the design section and grade by depositing the spoils in the form of embankment in 15 cm layers on both banks as necessary including clearing light jungle, removing trees upto 15 cm dia and uprooting roots and stumps etc. from the seat of the embankment and canal free from all vegetation including breaking clods not more than 10 mm cube, ramming, dressing and roughening the seat of the embankment with a lead upto 30 M and lift upto 1.50 M, complete as directed.
Item No.3:-Soling in foundation at all levels including filling intersides, ramming etc complete as directed and of specified thickness with 9 cm brick on flat including sand packing.
Item No.4:-CC work in proportion 1:4:8 in foundation / abutment / piers / wing walls etc. with hard broken stone aggregate of size 13 mm to 38 mm including curing, bailing out of water with necessary timber shuttering, scaffolding etc. where necessary, complete as directed. (Shuttering, scaffolding cost will be paid separately).
Item No.5:-Supplying fitting fixing and laying reinforcement in position in RCC work including cutting, bending, cranking with two piles 0.91 M (20 BWG) annealed wire hooking tying, complete as directed.
Item No.6:-Centering and shuttering including propping etc where necessary and removal of forms after completion of CC and RCC works, complete as directed. (Measurement to be taken on the face area timbered).
Item no.7:-RCC work in slab, abutment cap and above abutment, pier cap, pedestal, dirt wall etc. in proportion 1:2:4 with hard broken stone aggregate of size 6 mm to 20 mm with proper reinforcement as per design including necessary curing, dewatering etc. with necessary timber shuttering, scaffolding etc. where necessary, complete as directed. (Shuttering, scaffolding cost will be paid separately).
BRICK CANAL REGULATOR (STEEL GATE PORTION)
Item no.1:-Supply, fabricaton and installation of M.S shutter made from 6 mm M.s plate with vetical stiffners and horizontal girder ofs of ISMC 100/ISMC 125/ISMC 150/ISA 7575 as per original drawing confirming to following specifications along with peripherial frame with good workmenship. the job provides for necessary drilled holes of 8 mm dia of uniform interval for MS flat & 125 mm ruber seal ,40 mm /50 mm /63mm dia MS screw shaft , MS bracket and CI coller for sliding provision as per dawing and as directed by the department and subsequent installation of the same in the guide channel pairs in accurate allighnment and ballancing with appropiate mechanism as per design & site condition. A) ISA 7575 B) ISMC 100/125/150
Item no.2:-Supply fitting and fixing of best quality moulded J type rubber seal as per IS: 11855:1986 of following sizes duly bolted to the shutter as per line hole sizes of the shutter with the help of MS flat of 25 mm x 6 mm size a) 125 mm b)75 mm
Item No.3:Supply fitting and fixing of guide roller bracket made from10 mm MS plate to the holding plate in the shutter as per prevailing status with the help of confirming to drilll hole for 13 mm bolts in tight fit as per drawing & desired.
Item No.4:Supply , fabrication of bottom seal channel at the crest level of the weir conforming to ISMC 150 with necessary anchoring with MS rod and CC embedment (M15) as desired. The job includes dismantaling/cutting/ cleaning of all materials of all sizes and grades, prior to the job and subsequent curing and removel of all forms from the site directed by the departmrnt.
Item No.5:Supplying fitting and fixing of CI "V " groves pully of following sizes into the MS pully stand on the plate form top with the necessary MS pin with clearence fit as desired. A) 200 mm φ b) 250 mm φ
Item No.6:Supplying and providing lock plate 200mm x 200 mm x 6 mm in two halves with semi circular inner cutting projecting into the circular groves of the CI Boss and locking them with the help of separator assembly onto the bearing plate as directed as directed with locking MS strip on the top for i) 50 mm screw shaft

Item No.8:Providing steel wire rope of 16 mm φ , cross lay, as per IS 2266:2002 passing over the double pullyes for hanging counter weights with the help of suitable hanger & galvinised U bolt of required sizes at one end and fastening the other end at the shutter hook as directed with proper static balancing of the system.

(Forest royalty shall be reimbursed on production of necessary certificate from the forest authority duly countersigned by D.F.O. concerned).
Item No.28:Supplying, fitting and fixing chain link fencing of 10 S.W.G, G.I. Wire 50mm x50mm mesh fitted to M.S angle iron post at 2000mm apart of specification detailed below including supplying, fitting and fixing hooks, eye bolts with nuts, staples and bolts including three horizontal lines of G.I wire 10 S.W.G at top,middle and bottom and with one vertical line to each fencing post for keeping the fencing tight and erect complete, including one coat of primer painting to M.S angle iron post in P.C.C base etc. with following. a) Corner and end posts with M.S angle of size 50mmx50mmx 5mm and length not less than 1800mm only duly slotted and bottom torqued with two numbers as stay posts.. b). Intermediate post with M.S angle of size 40mmx40mmx5mm and length not less than 1800mm only duly slotted and bottom torqued and splayed. c).Stay post with M.S angle of size 35 mmx35mmx5mm and length not less than 1800mm duly slotted and bottom torqued and splayed. All M.S angle iron posts are to be fitted to P.C.C base embedded not less than 600mm (P.C.C. work shall be measured and paid separately).
Item No.29:Supplying, fitting and fixing double leaf heavy duty iron gate, frame made from 50mm x 6mm M.S. flat iron with another horizontal flat at the middle, 20mm dia M.S bars at 200mm apart from bottom flat to top flat and 20 mm dia M.S. bars at 200mm apart from bottom flat to middle flat including drilling, welding etc. complete. All vertical bars are to be protruded at least 100mm above the middle and top flat is to be flattended and pointed as directed. Necessary locking arrangement on both faces, arrangement for temporary closing the gate and 2 nos.( minium) strong iron hinges of M.S bars and flat of same sizes on each leaf to be embeded in C.C brick pillars as necessary including a red oxide painting to all iron works as directed and specified. (Separate payment will be made for posts).

(Forest royalty shall be reimbursed on production of necessary certificate from the forest authority duly countersigned by D.F.O. concerned).
Item No.28:Supplying, fitting and fixing chain link fencing of 10 S.W.G, G.I. Wire 50mm x50mm mesh fitted to M.S angle iron post at 2000mm apart of specification detailed below including supplying, fitting and fixing hooks, eye bolts with nuts, staples and bolts including three horizontal lines of G.I wire 10 S.W.G at top,middle and bottom and with one vertical line to each fencing post for keeping the fencing tight and erect complete, including one coat of primer painting to M.S angle iron post in P.C.C base etc. with following. a) Corner and end posts with M.S angle of size 50mmx50mmx 5mm and length not less than 1800mm only duly slotted and bottom torqued with two numbers as stay posts.. b). Intermediate post with M.S angle of size 40mmx40mmx5mm and length not less than 1800mm only duly slotted and bottom torqued and splayed. c).Stay post with M.S angle of size 35 mmx35mmx5mm and length not less than 1800mm duly slotted and bottom torqued and splayed. All M.S angle iron posts are to be fitted to P.C.C base embedded not less than 600mm (P.C.C. work shall be measured and paid separately).
Item No.29:Supplying, fitting and fixing double leaf heavy duty iron gate, frame made from 50mm x 6mm M.S. flat iron with another horizontal flat at the middle, 20mm dia M.S bars at 200mm apart from bottom flat to top flat and 20 mm dia M.S. bars at 200mm apart from bottom flat to middle flat including drilling, welding etc. complete. All vertical bars are to be protruded at least 100mm above the middle and top flat is to be flattended and pointed as directed. Necessary locking arrangement on both faces, arrangement for temporary closing the gate and 2 nos. ( minium) strong iron hinges of M.S bars and flat of same sizes on each leaf to be embeded in C.C brick pillars as necessary including a red oxide painting to all iron works as directed and specified. (Separate payment will be made for posts).
