Material and labour for Copper strip 20 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed .
Material and labour for Air termination, single pointed, copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and directed .
Supply and fixing Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for earthing with copper earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate, using copper earth strip 20 x 3 mm as earth strip electrode bolted or rivetted to earth plate at one end and connected to equipment/ panel/ test point at another end, earth strip encased in and including 40 mm dia GI 'light grade' pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipments, 20 mm dia bore GI pipe 'medium grade' as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of earth plate, test point , GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, duly reinforced with MS TMT bars 8mm dia @ 100 c/c both ways with 10mm dia MS round bar as in lifting handles including excavation, earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor/wall all as described in electric plate No 3 of SSR Part I and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note : on testing, if the desired earth resistance earth resistance is not obtaned the earthing will be done by the cotractor at no extra cost.
Supply and fixing GI pipe light grade of 40 mm dia complete laid on walls through clamps/ laid complete all as specified and directed.
