Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with mechanically compacted to 95% proctor density in ordinary soil approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 As Per SOR 253 (B)

Earthwork in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the from of regular pits not exceeding ½ metre (20") in depth & earthwork in embankment to be in 20 cm (8") layers, including ramming & dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 metre (5ft) lifts and 1000 m lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with 1000 metres distance as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. As per SI 253

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORTH Spec 401 & clause 4.1

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with grader in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. As per MORTH Spe 406 & Clasue 4.14

Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification 505 & clause 5.4

Providing and applying tack coat with VG-10 bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. AS per MORTH Spec 503 & Clause 5.2

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification 507 & Clause 5.5

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material. (For Drain & Culvert)

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. (For Drain & Culvert)

Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. (M-30) (For Drain)

Mild Stel or iron in plain work such as feinforced concrete or reinforcement brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including benefit for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastage and over lapping and hooks. S.I. 504. (For Drain)

Brick masonry work in 1:3 in sub-structure complete excluding pointing and plastering, as per drawing and Technical Specifications (For Culvert)

Supply and fixing of 1000mm dia NP3 Hume pipe.

Supply and fixing of 600mm dia NP3 Hume pipe.

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3 ) on brick work in substructure as per Technical Specifications (For Culvert)

Plastering with cement mortar (1:3 ) on brick work in sub-structure as per Technical Specifications (ForCulvert)
