S&F Mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia and over, cut to length, spacers and binders and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

Formwork to flat sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with FLY ASH bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surface, finishing even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, 75mm thick in plinth protection laid in panels and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note : Joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC shall be provided at every 3 meters and at every change of direction and shall be filled with mixture of bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight. Cost of this provision shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate for concrete in plinth protection.

Returning and filling in incl, spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n exc 30cm deep and averageing 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggreates 100 mm thick as in flooring finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and directed.
